Yielded to the Spirit
📖 *“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.”* (Galatians 5:16 KJV)
*The greatest antidote to fleshly struggles is not more self-discipline, it is more surrender to the Holy Spirit. Many believers try to defeat sin through sheer willpower, but God’s way is empowerment through yieldedness.*
*To walk in the Spirit means to live in step with His voice, direction, and desires. It is not merely about hearing Him occasionally, but living each day with your heart tuned to His guidance. The Spirit never leads you into sin; He always leads you into righteousness, peace, and truth. As you consistently walk in the Spirit, the flesh begins to lose its grip, because your appetite changes.*
*Walking in the Spirit is not automatic; it requires conscious decisions, choosing the Word over the world, prayer over pressure, and holiness over compromise. It’s about inviting the Holy Spirit to reign in your thoughts, emotions, and actions. The more yielded you are, the more victorious you become.*
Let today be another step in your Spirit-filled walk. Yield fully, and you’ll see the flesh lose its voice and power.

Holy Spirit, I yield completely to You. Lead me, teach me, correct me, and empower me. Let the voice of the flesh be silenced, and let Your fruit be seen in me. I choose to walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the desires of the flesh. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
