The Gatekeepers
Watching Over Your Life!
โAbove all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.โ โ Proverbs 4:23 (NIV)
Every life has gates ;entry and exit points that determine what comes in and what goes out.
Your eyes, ears, mouth, heart, and mind are gates. And every day, things are trying to pass through them: ideas, music, words, pictures, influences, and people.
The question is: Who is keeping your gates?
1๏ธโฃ Your Eyes: The Visual Gate
What you constantly see shapes how you think and live.
If your eyes keep feeding on lust, violence, or vanity, your spirit becomes dull to Godโs presence.
๐๏ธ Job said, โI made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a young womanโ (Job 31:1).
โก๏ธ Be your own watchman. Donโt watch what weakens your spirit.
2๏ธโฃ Your Ears :The Hearing Gate
Faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17) โ but so does fear, doubt, and sin!
What you listen to feeds your faith or your flesh.
๐ง Ask yourself: What kind of words, music, or conversations dominate your ears?
If God checked your playlist today, would He approve?
โก๏ธ Guard your ears; they decide what grows in your heart.
3๏ธโฃ Your Mouth: The Speaking Gate
Your mouth can bless or destroy.
โLife and death are in the power of the tongue.โ โ Proverbs 18:21
Every word you speak opens a gate in the spirit realm.
If you speak faith, you invite angels.
If you speak fear and negativity, you empower darkness.
โก๏ธ Be a gatekeeper of your words. Speak life!
4๏ธโฃ Your Mind: The Thought Gate
Every battle starts in the mind.
Thatโs why Paul said, โTake captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.โ โ 2 Corinthians 10:5
The devilโs first goal is to enter your thoughts. Once he wins there, he wins everywhere else.
โก๏ธ Donโt let anything nest in your mind that didnโt come from God.
5๏ธโฃ Your Heart : The Central Gate
Your heart is the main control room.
Everything you allow through your eyes, ears, and thoughts flows into it.
When your heart is clean, your life is pure. When itโs polluted, your whole destiny suffers.
โก๏ธ Guard it with prayer, with the Word, and with right company.
You are a Gatekeeper Generation!
Donโt let the enemy sneak into your destiny through carelessness.
Set spiritual boundaries.
Be alert.
Stay pure.
Protect the presence of God in your life.
๐ก๏ธ You are not just living life โ you are guarding a throne!
