Powerful Guidelines to Building Principles Before Announcement

1️⃣ Gift Is a Seed, Principle Is the Soil
A gift can attract attention, but principles sustain influence.
Many are gifted — they can sing, preach, build, or lead — yet remain hidden because their character, discipline, and obedience are undeveloped.
> ⚡️“A man’s gift maketh room for him” (Proverbs 18:16),
but without wisdom and order, that same gift can destroy him once he enters the room.
📖 Example: Joseph was gifted with dreams, but it took faithfulness, integrity, humility, and forgiveness before he was ready for promotion.
He was gifted in the pit, tested in Potiphar’s house, proven in the prison, and announced in the palace.

Gifting without process leads to premature exposure.
God will not announce you until you are mature enough to carry the weight of destiny.
When principles like obedience, accountability, humility, and consistency are missing, the platform becomes a snare.
📖 Example: David was anointed in secret but sent back to tend sheep.

a. The Principle of Preparation

Build depth. Don’t rush visibility. God will not announce an unprepared vessel.
b. The Principle of Faithfulness
> “He that is faithful in little will be faithful in much.” — Luke 16:10
Faithfulness in the secret place is the seed for public manifestation.
c. The Principle of Alignment
> “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” — Isaiah 1:19
Be in sync with divine timing and spiritual authority.

Before God announces a man, He tests him in hidden service.
Elisha served Elijah. Joshua served Moses. Jesus washed the disciples’ feet.

5. Walk in Integrity – Don’t trade process for popularity.
