Choose your priorities wisely

• because the way you invest your time and energy today will determine the life you build tomorrow.

• Remember, life is so much bigger than chasing romantic relationships.

• Stay focused, dream big, and keep growing.

Dear Teenage Girls and Boys,

• It is not okay to start exploring sexually at this stage of your life.

• No matter what you see on social media, hear from friends, or feel pressured to do,

• please understand this: you are worth far more than a moment’s thrill or someone’s approval.

• Peer pressure can be loud, but your values, dreams, and self-respect should speak louder.

• You don’t have to give in just because “everyone is doing it.” In truth, not everyone is, and even if they were, wrong things don’t become right because they’re popular.

•There’s so much more to life than s*x, alcohol, cultism, and dr*gs.

•These things may promise excitement, but they often lead to regret, addiction, pain, and distraction from your real purpose.

• Remember You are a child of purpose, created with gifts, talents, and potential for mighty things.

•This season of your life is for learning, building character, developing your skills, and shaping your future.

• understand that Every choice you make now plants a seed,

• some seeds grow into strong, fruitful trees, others into weeds that choke your progress.

• So, remain focused. Guard your heart, your body, and your mind.

• Choose friends and activities that help you grow.

• Stay true to the things that truly matters your education, your dreams, your values, your faith, your integrity.

One day, you will look back on these years with pride because you chose the harder, better path.

•You are precious.

• You are strong

• You are capable of greatness.

Don’t let anything or anyone steal that from you.

So wrong in every sense

These are the supposed leaders of tomorrow 🤦‍♀️

You can’t truly give what you don’t have

Clear Product of poor parenting

Deuteronomy6:6-7

“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”

• This was the practice of many Christian parents of old. They instilled biblical values through discipline, prayer, Scripture reading, and consistent godly living;

• In today’s ever-changing world, where cultural trends shift rapidly and moral standards often blur,

• Christian parents who hold fast to the values instilled in them by their own godly parents are playing a critical role in preserving the foundation of faith and righteousness.

• These parents are not just clinging to tradition; they are stewarding a spiritual heritage rooted in the Word of God, handed down from generation to generation;

• Passing on these values is not about resisting progress or clinging to outdated customs;

• it is about honoring God and preparing the next generation to live lives that reflect Christ in a world that desperately needs His light.

• When Christian parents discipline their children in love, teach them to pray, guide them to trust in God’s Word, and model Christlike behavior, they are fulfilling the biblical command to “train up a child in the way he should go” (Proverbs 22:6);

• In holding onto these timeless Christian values, they are not simply maintaining a family tradition;

• they are passing on a living faith, a spiritual legacy, and a kingdom perspective that will endure into eternity.

I hope you learnt something from this post 😊

1. Body Confidence A child who knows their body parts and feels ownership over them is less likely to be manipulated.
Teach: “No one is allowed to touch your body, and you’re not allowed to touch others too.”

2. Assertiveness : Children must be able to say NO loudly, firmly, and confidently even to adults.
Say often: “You’re allowed to say no when something feels wrong.”

3. Voice Freedom: If a child cannot talk freely at home, they’ll stay silent when it matters most. Create an atmosphere where your child can say anything without fear of punishment.

4. Emotional Intelligence : Help your child name their feelings and notice red flags.
Teach them: “If you feel weird or confused, that’s your signal to get help.”

5. Boundaries Awareness: Teach them about personal space, secrets, and the difference between safe and unsafe touch.
Say: “Safe secrets are surprises. Unsafe secrets make you scared or uncomfortable.”

6. Digital Wisdom: In a tech world, children must know how to handle online chats, photos, games, and strangers.
Teach them about grooming, fake friendships, and digital footprints.

7. Decision-Making Skills : Children who think for themselves are less likely to follow harmful peer pressure.
Encourage this: “What do YOU think is the right thing to do?”

8. Strong Inner Values : Children need identity and values stronger than peer validation.
Instill self-worth from home, so they don’t seek it from predators.

9. Safe Adult Network : Every child should have at least 3 trusted adults they can report to anytime.
Make a list together: “Who are your safe adults?”

10. S3x Education — Age by Age
You can’t protect what you won’t talk about. Equip them with the right words, truths, and tools for every stage.
Silence is not innocence it’s risk.
