True and Biblical fasting is abstaining from ungodly activities or actions, and embarking on a period of spiritual growth. It is to humbly deny yourself of unpure fleshly desires to glorify God “Isaiah 58 vs 1 – 7”.
A lot of us ignorantly think fasting is about NOT EATING and yet we continue to LIE, CHEAT, INSULT OTHERS, KEEP GRUDGES, FORNICATE OR COMMIT ADULTERY, DISRESPECT ONE ANOTHER, STEAL, KILL, FIGHT OVER BASELESS ISSUES, LIVE A LIFE OF SHAME, LACK HUMILITY etc. The list is endless.
Continue to deceive yourself but remember God cannot be mocked, Galatians 6: 7-8. Your fast from food is meaningless unless you truly change your unpure ways.
I pray you find the strength to true fasting and eventually find peace within you this period in Jesus name, Amen.

Akinola...you remain the best Dad I have ever known, a Father who sacrificed everything to make sure we had the best of what life had to offer. A fearless and astute soldier of Christ, a complete celestian to the core as you lived the faith. Continue to rest in God's heavenly space Daddy. I will continue to remember your legacy, uphold same and spread the good news as you did till your last breath..

Luke 1 vs 28..Out of all the women in Nazareth, Mary was found highly favoured and Blessed..However, an attribute seen in her was that she was a Virgin..a clean and virtuous heart..

The greatest gift she got for this was not the fact that she gave birth to our Messiah, Jesus but her name was never forgotten till today..

Those who died yesterday had plans for this morning. Those who died this morning had plans for tonight. Don’t take Life for granted. In blink of an eye, everything can change. So, forgive often and Love with a full Heart. You never know when you may not have that chance again.

Whether Man or Woman, as you have decided to let your heart become virgin from now on, to love and constantly forgive, May the gift of being highly favored, unrivalled blessings, greatness, everlasting positive impact and rememberance be yours in Jesus name...Amen
