THE MIND OF CHRIST DAILY DEVOTIONAL
TOPIC: TRUST IN THE LORD

Bible Reading: Psalm 125:1-5
Memory Verse: Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever. - Psalm 125:1 (NKJV)

Confession: O Lord! I put my trust in Thee; help me, and don't let me be put to shame.

THE MESSAGE

To trust in the Lord means to depend on God alone, to serve Him and to worship Him in truth and in spirit.

God is your Maker, and His desire is for you to put your trust in Him alone.

Never put your trust in man, because it provokes the anger of God. The Bible says in Jeremiah 17:5, “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord.” Men will disappoint you and frustrate your efforts. I pray you will not labour in vain, in Jesus' name.

But there is a blessing for those who trust God. Jeremiah 17:7 says, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD.”

When you put your trust in the Lord, God will bless you, protect you, and you will abide forever like Mount Zion that cannot be moved. Above all, you will become a carrier of the Glory of God and a vessel of honour. Put all your trust in the Lord; you will be honoured all over the world and you will not be ashamed, in Jesus' name.

Let us Pray:
O Lord! I put my trust in Thee; help me, bless me, and lift me forever in Jesus' name. Amen.
