THE PSALMS CHALLENGE
The Book of Psalms, a collection of 150 powerful and Holy Spirit-inspired poems, songs, and prayers, has been a source of comfort, strength, and guidance for countless individuals throughout history.

Moreover, the Psalms have played a significant role in the history of the Church. Early Christians often sang the Psalms as part of their worship, and many Church fathers wrote commentaries on them, stressing their importance in spiritual life.
Our fathers in the faith understood the great power of the Psalms. For example, the great Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola never joked with the Psalms; it is no news that he walked in the great power of God all his days.
In times of distress, the Psalms offer solace and hope. They remind us of God's unwavering presence and His power to deliver and protect.
