THE LIMITATION OF MAN.

Have you noticed that your thoughts bounce back at you when you try to imagine the beginning of God?

The moment you try to understand how God started, it feels like you’re in a valley of confusion. Everything gets dark and disorganized. Your memory is tampered with and it's feel like you may run mad. That's the elastic limit of your mind.

You ask: If God wasn’t created, how does He exist? If He was created, who created Him? And who created the one that created Him...

The reason you think like that is because you were created with a starting point. It’s hard for something with a beginning to grasp what it means to have no beginning. You are limited on arrival. You'll always think from a beginning.

Not having a beginning is real, but it’s beyond the capacity of your mind. That’s the limitation the One who made you built into you.

Think about it like this: when you build a robot or ai, you set limits on what it can process. If you ask anything outside those limits, it says “I was not created to do that.” Even angels don’t understand the beginning of God, because they were created too. They have a starting point.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 says: “He has set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”

Eternity is in your mind. Your mind is vast, with no real limit. But the one limitation is this: you cannot understand the secret of God’s beginning. It’s not a scroll that needs to be unsealed. It's something beyond a scroll.

Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

That’s the beginning of creation of the skies and the earth.

John 1:1 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

That’s the beginning before creation. It's a beginning that didn't begin but the Word began with it.

Some things are beyond what man, angels, principalities, or powers can unseal. This is beyond a scroll. It's an eternal secret.

No good character is proven on the platform of comfort, convenience and peace. That good character you have is proven when you are opposed with bad ones.

Good character isn't really tested or revealed in easy times when everything is smooth, peaceful, and people are treating you well. Anyone can look "good" when life is comfortable.

Real character shows up in the fire: when you're provoked, betrayed, stressed, cheated, insulted, or surrounded by bad behavior. That's when your patience, integrity, kindness, honesty, and self-control are actually proven.

It's easy to be calm when no one is shouting at you.
It's easy to be honest when there's no temptation or pressure.
It's easy to forgive when no one has deeply hurt you.

The true measure comes when the opposite happens and you still choose to respond with goodness instead of mirroring the bad around you.

That's why the people who annoy us the most can sometimes be our greatest teachers. They reveal what we're really made of.

Correction is good; however, we need to be careful about where our correction stems from.

There are those whose correction stems from EMOTIONS, some from HATE, others from SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS, and still others from HYPOCRISY.

Our correction should stem from TRUTH AND LOVE. This does not mean we become gentle with the truth and tolerate falsehood. Rather, it means we attack the error, not the person and correcting without condemning the person.

However, there are those who will never accept correction. These are people whose errors do not stem from ignorance but from a deliberate intent to mislead others. Such individuals are not of God; they work against His purposes. We should not give them room.

I belong to no man, I belong to no denomination. I belong to Jesus. Denomination is the greatest tool of disunity in the body of Christ. Jesus never sent us to belong to a denomination. You wonder that he never even gave us a name? He didn't come to start a religion. Unbelievers were the ones who named us 'Christians'.

When the early believers tried to start denominations, their leaders rebuked them.
1 Corinthians 1:12-13 Now this I say, that every one of you says, 'I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.' Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

This is what we have today. I belong to Adeboye, I belong to Oyedepo, I belong to Pst Chris, Kumuyi, etc. Do you know the worst part? The one who fellowships with Daddy GO finds it hard to fellowship with Kumuyi, and somehow, people in one denomination feel like they are the right ones doctrinally. It's even worse that some of us think some denominations will go to hell. Some denominations prevent ministers from other denominations from being on their pulpit too.

It has also gotten to a point where they counsel us to marry only from our denomination only.

Every denomination is looking for a way to expand, even if it means people leaving other denominations and joining their own. We evangelize people out of their church to ours instead of evangelizing sinners out of the world.

There's no body of Christ. We only have men protecting their empire.

This is worth weeping about.
