SECOND SERVICE
Two channels through which offence comes
1. Physical dimension
a. offence that comes from the world
b. offence that comes unintentionally
c. offence by those in authority

2. Spiritual dimension
a. offence with God
b. offence because of Jesus Christ
c. offence because of the word and spirit
Math18:6-7_ The little one speaks of humble and innocent ones.
So long you enter into their world, offence is a must. Offence is delivered through people. If you don't know the spiritual implication of this, you may pick offence. if you're still offended, its because there's greatness ahead of you.
The devil is the owner of the world and he runs the world with offence.
Math24:10_ The spirit of offence open gate for betrayal and hatred.
Train yourself by the spirit not to pick offence.
Don't take what angry people say seriously. They're mostly talking out of emotions.

offence comes because people say and do things around us which we may not like

2. offence that comes unintentionally: There are people that pick offence from what people did not mean.. Overthinking is thinking into trouble. Eccle7:21-22.

3. offence by those in authority. 1peter2:13-18.
one of the ways Business and Ministry gains visibility is honouring people _ especially founding members, great men of God.

4. offence with God: There are some people who are bitter and angry with God. God is faithful. God is never at the predicament of anybody. Gen4:3-7. People will always pick offence with God because of spiritual pride. We want God to do things our way, our time e.t.c. He makes everything beautiful at his own time. God does not do evil and he does not bend to our will.

SUNDAY SERVICE(1ST)
SERMON TITLE: LIVING WITHOUT OFFENCE PT1
Luke9:62(let this be a guide for your spirit)
Heb6:1-6 (going into perfection is mastering how to live above offence in your heart.
The operation of discernment is not suspecting but a knowing in the spirit.
Everything created by God has a purpose for God. If the purpose is realized, God will be glorified, men will be dignified and devil will be terrified.
Devil has been successfully stopping the purpose of anyone in the body by offense.
Offence is a pill for destiny abortion
Math16:23_ offence here is the Greek word scandalon. it means two things
I. It refers to a trap stick. That is, to be ensnared.
II. A trip-up _ a verbal phrase that means to stumble and fall.
The end result of every offence is to sin and the ultimate end is to miss God's purpose for your life(just as Peter was trying to truncate the destiny of Jesus on earth).
The person you're picking offence at has nothing to lose but you have destiny to abort.
The next time you feel offended regardless of who or what caused it, look away from the physical consequences but the spiritual and assignment consequences.
Regardless of the situation, you must learn to live above offence.
John1:29; Math3:11_ An offended person is a person who has fallen into the hand of the devil

How do you deal with offences?

1) Reflect on a recent time when you were offended or had the opportunity to get offended. What caused you to feel offended?

2) How did you feel? How did you know you were offended?

3) What did you do? How did you handle things when you were offended?

4) Looking back, are you happy about the way you handled things when you were offended? Was Jesus glorified? Could you have
handled things differently?

5) Do you need to do anything to rebuild your relationship with the person who offended you if any.

RHEMA SERVICE
SERMON: HONOURING SERVANTS OF GOD.

Most of the attack, limitations and challenges we face in life are deeply rooted in dishonour. Most of the time, it's honour battle.
1Pet2:17. You must honour man of God. You will go nowhere and fail in destiny without honour.
Ephe4:11( You are to honour all of these ministry functions).
Age regardless. So long the person is ordained as a man of God, honour is innegotiable.
Every servant of God is God sent to equip you for the fulfillment of your destiny.
Inside every man of God lies dynamics and graces to push you forward.
From Rom13:7, Honour used in the context means:
1. Respect servants of God
2. Reverence servants of God
2chro20:30; Your prosperity is tied to the honour you give to the servant of God.
From Math10:40-42. When you receive a servant of God you've received Jesus and in like manner, you've received God.

Scriptural Examples of People who Honour Servants of God.
1. Abraham. Gen18:1-10. The people who will usher you into your next level might not look like it but inside them lies the answer to your next level.
2. Jacob honoured Isaac. Heb12:16; Gen25:1-5. It is the spiritual blessings that brought those physical manifestations he gave to Isaac ( A transgenerational impact)
3. Elijah was honoured by the widow of Zarephath. 1kgs17:8-16. Any time you honour a servant of God, you are moved to share in the graces at work in his life.

Three Fs you must do for your pastor.
1. You must be faithful to your pastor.
2.You must fight for your pastor, protect his integrity and reputation behind if you truly know him.
3.You must finance the ministry, mandate and assignment of your pastor as much as God is leading you. Jere:15

Why do I need to honour my pastor?
1. He's your spiritual overseer. Heb13:17.
2. He's the strong source of covering over your soul.
3. Your man of God is your prophet
4.Your man of God is your curse breaker.
