I find this interesting to share; absurd to one's liken alert went across the air recently, especially on whatsapp; signifying the abuse of the name of one of the three bishops of the early church who had discipleship relationship with Apostle John - A Discipler who followed suit Jesus. According to the news, someone borrowed this name, a second name to bewitch as many that accept a sent request. Please be vigilant!
Polycarp was not evil; infact, he was the bishop of Smyrna, who was martyred because of his Christian faith. He was among the church fathers recorded in history. Others are Ignatius, Papias, John Cryostome, etc.

Please be careful; patristic names are now being used to deceive Christians... especially on social medias.
