In accordance with Biblical truth, the National Day of Prayer seeks to:
Mobilize and encourage personal and corporate prayer on the 23rd of January and throughout the year, regardless of current issues and positions (Colossians 4:2, Romans 12:12, Matthew 18:19-20, Joel 2:13-16, II Chronicles 7:14)
Emphasize prayer fo
r Nigeria and its leadership in the seven centers of power: Government, Military, Media, Business, Education, Church and Family (I Timothy 2:1-6)
Foster unity within the Christian Church (Psalm 133:1, Ephesians 4:11-13)
Our Values
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength (Mark 12:30/ Deuteronomy 6:4-5)
Respect all people, regardless of gender, race, socio-economic status or creed (Mark 12:31)
Be wise stewards of God’s resources and provision (Matthew 25:14-30)
Our Founding Fathers gave thanks to God for his hand in the founding of our great nation NIGERIA. We believe in the virtues, values and principles upon which our nation was founded and we will publicly and boldly defend our moral values whenever they are under attack. Our Faith journey is to “Welcome GOD back in NIGERIA .” This journey will help church and mosque members, congregations and certain civic organizations become proactive in communicating to church, mosque, community, local and political leadership the need to publicly defend the moral principles this country embraced in its Constitution. On this journey , all people of good faith must no longer be silent. Their work is to reestablish OUR NIGERIA UNDER GOD.
