TOPIC : The Spiritual House
TEXT : 1st Peter 2 : 4-6

🏷️1st Corinthians 3:15 Foundation is the basis on which something is established.
🏷️Who is this foundation? Eph 2:20
God doesn't want to build a place that is only segregated to a particular people. that's why he builds himself.
🏷️The devil believe in God just like you do, then what's is the difference between you two? Matt 16:13-18 The difference is the application of that knowledge.
🏷️Everyone knows Jesus but not everyone one is built on the rock, Jesus.
There is a particular revelation of Christ you need to know to actually be firm on that foundation.
🏷️What exactly do I need to know? Col 2:6-8. Proverbs 24:3 (KJV) Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established:
🏷️ How do I get established?
1. Be willing to understand and be established.
2. Through the word of God. John 1:1 In the beginning of everything in my life should be the word. Acts 8 The eu**ch couldn't understand the word and it was so urgent that God sent Philip to explain it to him. He delights in you understanding what you read.
🏷️ How do I start?
By heeding to and obeying the word of God. The man that builds his house on the sand is likened onto the man who hears and doesn't obey. Col 3:16
🏷️The spiritual house is a house that has all excellence, not just about praying and studying the word.
🏷️ CONCLUSION
If you do not want your spiritual life, academics, dignity and everything you protect to suffer, build on the rock! Let him be the builder and take over everything!
