Passion is having an undying zeal for things, person or God. A compelling drive to accomplish a task.
God was so much in love with us that he send his son to die for us. John 3:16.
Where your passion for God stop is the limit God can lift you.
Whatever takes most of your time is where your passion lies.
All things only work together to those who have passion for God. Rom8:28
If nothing about God, his Kingdom, growth matters to you. It is a dangerous sign that the devil is after your soul. So wake up. 1Peter5:8
Don't start or do anything in life that you don't have passion for. Doing it is tantamount to failure.
If you love God, you will pray more, serve more, give more, attend church more, fast more, evangelize more and wait patiently for your change.
God is not a noodles factory where 5mins is enough to cook it. If you want be best from God you must be ready to give him your best.
Example of those who have passion for God?
Esther: She was captured with Mordecai. A nonentity in a strange land. Her passion for God, turn her from a nobody to the first lady in Sushan. Esther3:1-12
(2) Peter was a professional fisherman who failed in business. He turned his passion for fish to a passion for God. He caught net braking fishes and today he is the symbol of the Church.
Lesson
Passion for God and the interest of his Kingdom is the key to outstanding greatness. Google about the greatest inventor, world shakers like Micheal Faraday, Hellen Keller, John Wesley. E.A Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo, Joseph Ayo Babalola etc. The love of God is the focal point of their strength.
Do you want your success to last long like this hero. It's not too late to ask God to rekindle your passion for him.
Love is a spirit, and God is love. Ask God to breathe himself upon you.
I decree whatever is struggling for the position of God in your heart is laid to rest. Shalom
