Sermon: A new year is not changed by resolutions but by alignment. God is not just improving our year, He is transforming our lives.

Consecration brings clarity.
When we place our lives on God’s altar, direction follows.

The real battle is conformity.
The danger is not the devil, but blending into the world’s pattern.
When God’s Kingdom comes first, everything else aligns.

Transformation begins in the mind.
Without a renewed mind, a new year becomes a repeated year.
God’s will is revealed through alignment, not anxiety, through obedience, faithfulness, and patience.

PRAYER:
* Lord help me to identify the things that matter most to my destiny.
* Lord I repent from compromise and double-mindedness.
Renew my mind, restore my passion, and align my life with Your will.

2026 will not be different unless you act.
Learn from 2025. Faith without works is dead.
Stop complaining without action; growth does not come from procrastination or blame.
Be intentional, set clear goals, pray with faith, and work diligently.
Position yourself, what God has prepared for you responds to obedience and action.

HAPPY SUNDAY BRETHREN

Topic: The Goodness of God
Text: The Bible says in Psalm 145:9:
“The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.”

When you are inspired to do something, go ahead and do it. Many times, we assume we understand the heart of God, but in truth, we do not fully grasp it. Often, when God gives an instruction, it is because He has already gone ahead to settle the situation.
God’s goodness is for everyone. This is why we see even those who do evil still enjoying His grace. God is good to everybody.
From Genesis 1, we see that no matter who you are or what you think you are, God still sees the good in you.
As Romans 5:8 tells us:
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Dimensions of God’s Goodness
• Common Grace
• Faithfulness
Our anchor text is 2 Timothy 2:13:
“If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.”
This is why we must constantly search within ourselves and ask important questions:
Am I truly saved, or am I only enjoying the goodness of God?
If we embrace the truth that this world is temporary and prepare ourselves for eternity, life will become much easier to navigate.

The Bible says in Hebrews 12:6:
“For whom the Lord loves He disciplines.”

When it seems like everyone is enjoying God’s grace and you are not, it may be because God is disciplining you—not to limit you to enjoying His grace only in this world, but to prepare you for eternal glory.

So why not live your life according to the will of God? The things of this world will not matter if the trumpet should sound today.

The goodness of God leads us to repentance. He blesses us so that He can draw us closer to Himself.
As Psalm 107:2 says:
“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.”
Tell your story. Share how God has blessed you and been good to you.

Call to Rededication
If you desire to rededicate your life to Christ, begin to communicate with God now.
Prayer
• Lord, for the times I have taken Your grace for granted and sinned against You, please forgive me and have mercy on me.
• Lord, give me the conviction and boldness to share my story of redemption, so that others may also be saved

TOPIC : How God blesses us
God blesses us in two ways :
* Seen
* Unseen
TEXT : Ephesians 1:3-4
SERMON:
1•The Lord has blessed us with salvation.(Just like we have mostly heard, some people will say let’s thank God for the salvation of our souls, these are one of the ways God has blessed us truly because not everyone has gotten this opportunity yet).
2• Peace, Joy and hope : when you have these things, you should be grateful, some people have all the wealth of the world without peace.
3• God’s Guidance: at times we wonder how some people just seem to always get it right in their endeavors, lot of things will be easy to achieve with Gods wisdom. Once he guides you to go through a route, trust him
• James 1:5
4• God’s Provision: lot of people are struggling to make ends meet, yet they still thank God for the little things. Yet God has made some things so easy that we work so little and earn more. Despite how we complain of school fees being so expensive, we are still able to afford it. These are Gods blessings.
5•Gift of good people that surrounds us: Some people don’t even have good family members, how can things be easy? Some children has parent that wants to cater and support in all ways, yet they won’t even cooperate with the parents. And some people are just blessed with good friends or family that will be there at all time . This is a great blessing.
These are great blessings we should always be thankful for.

PRAYER:
* God please increase these blessings in my life.
* I don’t want to loose any of your blessings in my life Lord help me.
* Let all of your blessings accompany me through the rest of this year.
