Happy Birthday! 🎉🎂

May God bless you richly as you celebrate another year of His faithfulness.

"This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." — Psalm 118:23–24

As you begin this new year of your life, I pray that:

The Lord will grant you long life and good health (Psalm 91:16).

Every delayed blessing will begin to manifest speedily (Habakkuk 2:3).

Your ministry will experience greater impact, souls will be saved, and lives transformed (Isaiah 60:1–3).

God will provide abundantly for every need of your family and church (Philippians 4:19).

He will grant you wisdom, strength, favor, and fresh anointing to fulfill your divine calling (Isaiah 40:31; James 1:5).

This new year will mark the beginning of uncommon testimonies, open doors, and divine elevation in Jesus' name. Amen.

The Tears Behind the Closed Door

Every Sunday, Brother Samuel lifted his hands in worship, sang with all his heart, and prayed passionately. To everyone in church, he looked like a committed Christian. But there was one secret he carried home every week.

For nearly three years, he had stopped paying his tithe.

Whenever he received his salary, he would say, "God understands. I have too many bills. I'll pay when things get better." But things never seemed to get better. Instead, he found himself living with constant worry. He could no longer pray with the same boldness because deep within him, he knew he was withholding from God what he had promised to give.

One Sunday, the pastor read Malachi 3:10: "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse..." Those words felt as though God was speaking directly to him. He returned home, shut his bedroom door, fell on his knees, and wept.

"Lord," he cried, "I have not just withheld my tithe—I have withheld my obedience. Please forgive me."

He took out old bank alerts, salary slips, and a notebook. With tears in his eyes, he calculated years of unpaid tithes. The amount shocked him. He could not pay it all immediately, but he made a covenant with God that from that day forward he would never keep back God's portion again. He started paying his current tithe faithfully and gradually cleared the arrears as the Lord enabled him.

The greatest miracle was not that he suddenly became rich. It was that the heavy burden he had carried for years disappeared. His joy returned. His prayers became sincere again. He rediscovered the peace that only comes from walking in obedience.

God never asked for his money because He was poor. He asked for his tithe because He wanted his heart.

The Bible says, "Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase" (Proverbs 3:9–10). It also asks, "Will a man rob God?... Yet ye have robbed me... in tithes and offerings" (Malachi 3:8–10).
