Did you know that many Catholic Bishops or superiors of religious congregations have more reliable evidence and their own side of the story and can hit the hammer anytime but sometimes they act as true fathers with compassion and great patience.
Some defaulters take advantage of their compassion and great patience and mistake them for weakness. I consider such compassion and great patience as strength and wisdom rather than weakness.
But it’s often unfair to bishops and superiors to be seen in the bad light when they eventually swing into action to save the face of the church and to help the defaulting persons get back to their senses. Outsiders who don’t know the whole story begin to see them as harsh and wicked without knowing anything about the years of compassion and great patience without any conversion on the part of the defaulters.
This is why it’s an extraordinary calling to be a bishop or to be elected a superior for the religious orders and congregations. The arduous task of a shepherd is a daily fight with ravenous wolves in order not to invade the sheepfold. Let’s continue to pray for our bishops and also superiors of religious orders and congregations for the grace of courage and firmness in responding to the challenges of having defaulting members in their sheepfold. Fastathon vs Real Fasting in Christianity
Fasting to show the whole world that you are fasting and how wretched and unkempt you are after fasting and expecting an award is called fastathon. When there is no award the culprit will constantly brag about it by way of celebrating vain glory. He uses it to tell other people how powerful he is by fasting more than them.

But real and genuine fasting in Christianity is noiseless and it’s not meant for publicity and public stunts. It’s a special medicine for curing one’s sins of pride , anger, vain glory, disobedience, arrogance, sexual addictions and the rest. This is the reason Our Lord Jesus Christ makes it abundantly clear in the Gospel of Matthew 6:16, “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full”. Kyrie eleison!
This means that if you fast for empty show your reward will be the temporary one you get from confused and ignorant followers who praise and applaud you like spectators applauding actors on the stage. Kyrie Eleison!

You are now going to prayer centers praying to get married to a God fearing husband but you forgot that a God fearing husband met you some years ago and you single-handedly gave him a list of things to buy for you different from paying your bride price. Just one and single outing you sent a whole lists of things to buy that have nothing to do with your traditional introduction and paying of dowry or bride price. You even added a pregnancy gown to the list and when you were asked why you added it you responded: “won’t I get pregnant?”. You are living in abject poverty and very broke when God sent this husband material but you are so greedy, selfish, and materialistic.

Now you are heading to 40 years and you don’t miss any crusade and prayer center programs. You think the guys you meet there will even marry you. They are going there not to look for wives but for money, connections and visa. If you like dress up as usual and dance like Micheal Jackson you are just an entertainer and not a wife material to them. Kyrie Eleison!

You have a business that should be paying your bills but rather than using social media to advertise and promote it all we see 24/7 on your page and WhatsApp status is the update of prayer centers that told you to be sharing their programs for God to bless you. The month of August is ending soon and soon we will enter Ember months yet you have nothing to show for the year in your business.

I have bought things from certain people because I saw them from their WhatsApp status. But what you do from year to year is posting about prayer centres and spending too much time online to fight those who tell you the truth about going to certain prayer centres. You also insult them and continue burning your data subscription to watch their programs. God has not abandoned you. God has answered your prayers but you are the one who is “ode”.

Check all the data subscriptions you have consumed from January to August 2026 and see where you have been channeling them. This is a wake up call for you to wake up from your slumber of ignorance and stupidity. May God prosper you when you start applying your gift of reasoning. Kyrie Eleison!

Who are you to tell us where to focus in our preaching as Catholic priests except preaching against your unchristian prophets and fake prophets?
Telling us not to say anything about your fake prophets and prayer centres is like pouring fuel into fire. It tells us the need to preach against it more since the truth hurts you when it affects your comfort zone.
Just know that the bad news to you is that We will continue to throttle your neck with more posts about your deviations and and aberrations.

It is indeed a serious case of “tetelestai”to see a religious sister or brother constantly in a prayer center. It’s a case of “ikegwuru”.

Any Catholic Religious Sister or brother you see in prayer centres dancing and shouting is facing some crisis with his or her identity and with her vocation as a religious. Some of them become so vulnerable to the extent that they are used by such centers to market their business. If you profile them you will find out they are completely in crisis and think the best way to handle it is to go to socialise in prayer centres.

Genuine religious life is either fully contemplative or active and contemplative. Every authentic religious community has daily orarium which includes: saying the liturgy of the hours, meditation, silent Eucharistic adoration, Holy Mass , devotion to the blessed Virgin Mary, meal, work , community recreation and monthly recollection to mention but few. The time is even choking to even have luxurious time for oneself except one is on vacation.

Any religious who is faithful to the community life and daily orarium is certain to become a saint. This is why seeing a religious sister or brother leave his or her community to feel comfortable in a prayer center consistently and constantly raises serious concerns and critical questions about her or his status as a religious. It is indeed a serious case of “tetelestai” to see a religious sister or brother in a prayer center. It’s a case of “ikegwuru”. Kyrie Eleison!
