To destroy means to neutralize a condition.
ORIGIN/CAUSES OF CURSES
1. Gen 35:23. Self. Our actions can bring about a curse into our lives
2. Curses could come from parents Gen49:1-4
3. From our Spiritual Fathers 2Kings 5:20-27
4. Curses can be generational 2Kings5:27b
5. From God. Mal.3:8-9
CONSEQUENCIES OF CURSES
1. It can shorten one's life
2. It brings about hardship and suffering
3. It makes the cursed life meaningless
4. Stagnation, hopelessness and devouring spirit
5. Allows the cursed labour without harvest
6. It causes failure at the edge of success
CAN A CURSE BE REVERSED?
Yes!
God can reverse any curse. Deut.33:6 Isa.10:27
WHAT TO DO
1. Surrender your life to the Lordship of Jesus
2. Admit your guilt
3. Confess your wrongdoing. 1John 1:9
4. Seek deliverance through prayer
5. Determine to live a new life. 2Cor 5:17
