PRACTICAL STEPS TO OVERCOME STAGNATION

EMBRACE SELF DEVELOPMENT
You can overcome stagnation if you do what it takes to get rid of it.We spoke about Constant Evaluation as a great tool of overcoming Stagnation.Let’s look at another major key to overcome stagnation and that is to Embrace Personal Development.
To overcome stagnation you must develop appetite for Personal Development.Nobody grows beyond their level of personal development.You cannot really grow until you have fully embraced the concept of Self development.Until you grow up.Stagnation will still be comfortable around you.No organization can truly Progress forward unless its Manager grows.Therefore your level of Progress is directly proportional to your level of personal Development.
Wikipedia says Personal development or self-improvement consists of activities that develop a person's capabilities and potential, build human capital, facilitate employability, enhance quality of life, and facilitate the realization of dreams and aspirations. It refers to activities designed to improve talents, potential, employability, and even wealth. It therefore connotes that if we truly desire consistent progress,we must consciously develop programs and activities that will make us better than we are presently.
To hope that things will get better without a conscious efforts to grow and develop ourselves is to wait forever.It is what happens within us that determines what happens around us.If we desire a better life.then we must work on ourselves.The journey of self development must begin with us because no one can develop you for you.
Self Development/Improvement is your personal responsibility.No one can grow for you.You accept responsibility for your progress by developing programs and activities that will aid you to overcome that stagnation starring you in the face.Go to School if you have to.Learn a skill/trade.Go for Trainings.Attend conferences and Seminars.Read massively books in the areas you develop Progress.Listen to audios and watch educative video.By all means grow up.No real efforts for self improvement leaves you the same way.
As you develop and grow,you will not see that stagnation again.
It shall be well with you.
