Understand that the presence of God is everywhere, but His manifested presence is not everywhere. God’s presence that carries with it the miraculous (demonstration of power) is not everywhere. This manifested presence (God’s power arena) is what meetings like Wine-Press meetings bring into play.

those days was Hezekiah sick unto death, and Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz came unto him, and saith unto him, “thus saith the lord, set thine house in order: FOR THOU SHALLT DIE AND NOT LIVE. (Isaiah 38:1). Many times I have had to ask people: “if you ever got a death sentence on you and you want to avert it; what in the world will you tell God you want to stay or be kept alive for? “what is that reason that will be strong enough to compel God to change it?” I just wonder.
