“But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.” Matthew 9:36

One of the greatest qualities that drove the ministry of Jesus was compassion for the lost. When He looked at the crowds, He did not see problems or inconveniences, He saw people who were lost, hurting, and in need of guidance.

This compassion moved Him to teach, heal, and proclaim the message of the Kingdom of God.

True evangelism begins when believers begin to see people the way Jesus sees them. Instead of judging their condition, we are moved with compassion to help them find the truth.

Many people today are like sheep without a shepherd, confused, searching, and wandering through life without direction.

They may hide their struggles behind success, smiles, or achievements, but deep inside they are longing for hope and purpose.

When compassion fills your heart, evangelism becomes natural. You begin to speak about Christ not out of obligation but out of a sincere desire to see people rescued and restored.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth…” Romans 1:16

The Gospel is not merely a religious message, it carries the power of God. When the Gospel is preached, something supernatural happens. Hearts are convicted, lives are transformed, and sinners find salvation.

Human wisdom cannot save a soul, but the Gospel can.

This is why believers should never feel ashamed or hesitant to share the message of Christ. The power does not come from our eloquence, education, or persuasive ability. The power is already in the message itself.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

One of the most beautiful truths about the Gospel is that it is for everyone. Salvation is not limited by race, status, education, background, or past mistakes.

The invitation of God is open to whosoever. This means the rich and the poor, the educated and the uneducated, the religious and the broken, all are welcome to receive the grace of God.

Sometimes people feel they are too sinful, too far gone, or too unworthy to come to God. But the Gospel declares that no one is beyond the reach of God's mercy.

This is why evangelism must reach every type of person. The message of salvation should not be restricted to certain groups or environments.

The person you may overlook today could be the very person whose life God wants to transform tomorrow.

Every soul matters to God. Christ died not for a selected few but for the whole world.

“Son of man, I have made thee a watchman… if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked… his blood will I require at thine hand.” Ezek 3:17–18

God has entrusted believers with a sacred responsibility, the responsibility to warn and guide others toward salvation.

In the Bible, God described His servant as a watchman. A watchman is someone who sees danger and sounds the alarm. If the watchman remains silent, people may suffer because the warning never came.

In the same way, believers carry the message that can save people from spiritual destruction. If we keep that message to ourselves, we fail in the responsibility God has given us.

Ignoring evangelism is not just a missed opportunity; it can also mean neglecting the assignment God has placed in our hands.

This does not mean we can force people to believe. But it does mean we must faithfully share the truth and give people the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

When believers take evangelism seriously, they become faithful watchmen,warning, guiding, and pointing people toward Christ.

The moment a person experiences the saving grace of Christ, they automatically receive a story worth sharing. Your life becomes evidence that God still saves, forgives, and transforms.

A witness simply tells what they have seen, heard, and experienced. In the same way, believers are called to testify about what Christ has done in their lives.

You do not need a pulpit, a microphone, or a large crowd to be a witness. Sometimes the most powerful witness happens in simple conversations, with a friend, a colleague, a neighbor, or even a stranger.

Your daily environment is filled with opportunities to represent Christ. Through your words, actions, and testimony, people can see the reality of the Gospel.
