September 2024 Holy Ghost Service Prayer Points

1. Thank God because He is a Rewarder.
2. Father, anything called barrenness in Your church, my home and life, destroy completely tonight.
3. Father, put a permanent end to fruitless efforts in my life physically, mentally, spiritually, maritally, and more.

DAY 5; HOLY GHOST SERVICE

TOPIC: HEAVENS

TEXT: GENESIS 1: 1-5

☆ There is Someone called God.
Every wise person knows that God exists.
Only fools can say there is no God. Psalm 14:1

It doesn't pay to be a fool. Proverbs 3: 35

The first time He would introduce Himself, He introduced Himself as the All-Sufficient God.
Genesis 17:1, Luke 1: 37

In the beginning, He created 2 principal things:
1. Heaven
2. Earth

☆ Heaven was so wonderful that He decided to use it as His throne.
• He used the earth as His footstool. Isaiah 66:1
• The second thing He created was problematic, but He controls all the problems on this earth by putting it under His feet.

☆ It doesn't matter how many problems you have, they are under the feet of God.

• God sits in heaven and controls the earth by speaking.
He speaks, and the moment He speaks, it is done. Psalm 33: 8-9

• He controls the earth by sitting in heaven and speaking a word. Genesis 1:3

• Everything on earth was a mess, but once He said, 'let there be light', everything changed.

'Let there be light' means:
Darkness go; darkness give way

° This is good news for those in darkness, those who are blind. Mark 10: 46-52
° 'Darkness go' also means: stagnation comes to an end. John 5: 2-9
° 'Darkness go' also means: demons, get out!
Mark 5: 2-20
• He sits in heaven and controls the earth by speaking; no struggling.
He simply speaks, and things will happen.
° 'Darkness go' also means: Sorrow, go; Joy begin. Psalm 30:5, Mark 5: 35-43
° When He says 'darkness go', it means:
No more sorrow

• When God created the earth, it was confused, in disorder, and empty until God spoke.
Another word for 'confusion' is a storm.

'Let there be light' can mean 3 things:
1. A command from God
2. An advice from God (an invitation). Revelation 3: 20
3. A cry for help.
Bartimaeus cried, let there be light, and God answered him.

DAY 2 (PLENARY SESSION 1)

INTRODUCTION:

Why do we come to conventions? What is the purpose?

1. To praise God together, receiving corporate miracles through corporate praise (Psalm 67:5-7).
2. To fellowship together (Psalm 133:1-3).
3. To pray prayers of agreement (Matthew 18:19-20).
4. To encourage one another as fellow pilgrims traveling to heaven (Hebrews 10:23-25).

TOPIC: AS PURE AS LIGHT

TEXT: James 1:17, John 9:5, John 14:30, Matthew 5:14, Ephesians 5:27

God's Perfection:

- God is perfect in His works (Deuteronomy 32:4).
- God is perfect in all His ways (2 Samuel 22:31).
- God is perfect in His laws (Psalm 19:7).
- God heals perfectly (2 Kings 5:1-14).
- God delivers perfectly (Mark 5:2-20).
- God loves perfectly (John 15:13).
- God shows mercy perfectly (Mark 1:40-42).

Expectations:

- God expects us to be like Him, with no half measures (Revelation 3:15-16).
- Whatever we do for God, we must do it perfectly.

Worship and Purity:

- Worship God in spirit and truth (Psalm 47:1, Revelation 19:5-6).
- As children of God, we should be as pure as light, with no room for sin (2 Timothy 2:19).

Historical Examples:

- Genesis 9:19-27
- Genesis 19:29-38
- Deuteronomy 23:3

How to Achieve Purity:

- The blood of Jesus cleanses from all sins (Galatians 5:16).

PRAYER POINT:

1. Father, I am willing to be as pure as light; please help me.

Day 1;
House Fellowship Leaders & Workers Meeting

Text: Isaiah 66:1

When God says heaven is His throne, it can have several meanings:
1. There's a place called heaven, and that's where His throne is.
2. Wherever His throne is, heaven is there.

For example, if you prepare a throne for God in your heart, heaven is there. 1 John 4:4

• Prepare a throne for God in your heart, and the throne of God will be there, and then, you'll become more than a conqueror.

☆ Wherever you prepare a throne for Him, heaven will be there, whether in your heart or your home.
1 Corinthians 16:19

That's why you have to be careful. You must take note of the following important points in your various house fellowships:

1. You must keep your home spotlessly clean.
Deuteronomy 23: 14

2. Clean up your language because heaven is dwelling in your house.
Members of your house fellowship will be listening, but most importantly, God will be listening.
1 Peter 1: 15-16

• God pays attention even to your jokes. There are some jokes that must not be heard coming from you. Ephesians 5:4

3. As a house fellowship leader, you can no longer be careless. Your commitment to God must be serious.
• Your love for God must be hotter than when you first gave your life to Jesus so that God will not take away your lamp.

• When there's a house fellowship in your home, your home becomes a beacon of light to all those in the surroundings.

• Do not become lukewarm so that God doesn't take your lamp away.

Prayer Point:
• Father, please don't abandon me.
