1 Timothy 5:22 Be in no hurry to lay hands on people to dedicate them to the Lord's service. TAKE NO PART IN THE SINS OF OTHERS; KEEP YOURSELF PURE.
In the above mentioned scripture Apostle Paul warns his son in the faith about been careful and taking time without hurrying when it comes to laying hands upon people to dedicate them to God's service and it's shocking that he goes on to warn him that by laying hands upon people in ordination, impartation or release into ministry YOU BECOME A PARTAKER OF THEIR SINS thereby defiling yourself. And he goes on to warn him that for him to remain pure then he must avoid laying hands upon people quickly for Ministry. I thought purity as a leader majorly had to do with staying away from pride, sexual immorality and the love of money but here comes another one here which has destroyed many lives, THE LAYING ON OF HANDS QUICKLY FOR MINISTRY.
Many preachers especially the young generation in the quest of having more proteges, mentees and so called sons in competition with other ministers have gone on a rampage laying hands upon wrong fellows for ministry purposes and have ended up as partakers of the sins of this wrong multitude now they are a walking embodiment of iniquity, manifesting wickedness everywhere just hiding under titles and gifts. This is no joke at all. I pray God delivers us.
And let me also say it the other way round that If a person laying hands upon a wrong person for Ministry can become a PARTAKER of his sins then I believe If the wrong person lays hands upon you, you automatically become a partaker of his sins because it's a equal sharing that happens vice versa. Recently a renown minister from the shores of Africa who I highly respect said, "Am a product of many anointings" he meant in a good way but many guys copied this statement referring to their confusion as them also been products of many anointings while they are a product of many confusions that laid hands on them. Making your head available to every preacher whose shoe and car shines brighter than yours will get you into trouble. Before you lay hands on people for Ministry or get hands laid on your for Ministry make sure you know the sins of the men you are dealing with lest you partake of their disastrous behaviors and end up as a ministry disaster and catastrophe. Beloved you use to be a Holy brother and sister until hands were laid on you for impartation, until you started imparting people for ministry now you are a chronic addic to p**n, ma********on, fornication, adultery and money laundering. It's time to be free. May every dominant sin that came by the laying on of hands be uprooted from your system in Jesus Name and may you receive wisdom to discern who to lay hands on for Ministry and who should lay hands on you for Ministry.
