Dear Seraph Sisters,
A PATH TO INNER BEAUTY

Modesty goes beyond simply covering the body; it reflects inner beauty, self respect, dignity, and good character. In today’s world where many fashion trends encourage revealing styles, choosing modesty is a bold and meaningful decision.

True modesty is not only seen in appearance but also in attitude, values, and one’s relationship with God and others. Dressing modestly can be a way of honoring God while maintaining spiritual purity and self worth.

Modesty doesn’t reduce beauty; it gives beauty deeper meaning.

What does modesty mean to you in today’s generation? Share your thoughts, modest fashion tips, or inspirations in the comments below. 👇

Dear Seraph Teens,

Glory Within

Bible Verse: Zechariah 2:5
"And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will be its glory within.’ "

The dictionary meaning of glory is praise and honour. For instance the praises we give to celebrities and football players to celebrate their performances. But the glory of God has an indepth meaning.

The glory of God is the visible manifestation of God's attributes and his character. God's glory is the external manifestation of his being, it is something that appears (Exodus 16:20), is revealed (Isaiah 40:5), or can be seen (Numbers 14:23).

God is the glorious one, we have a glory within because we are his children. Because this glory is within doesn't mean it should stay within. What is the glory within?

Glory within is the indwelling of God, specifically Christ living inside the believer through the Holy Spirit (Col. 1:27). Because God doesn't want to be around us only, he seeks to dwell within us. This glory within isn't expected to stay within, it isn't also expected to be activated on Sundays only.

Practical steps to activate the glory within;
1. Prayer
2. Bible study.
3. Mentorship.

Activate this glory within through daily habits of praying, reading God's word, learning continuously, serving faithfully and building a positive relationship.

Dear Seraph Teens, remember, you carry the glory of God. Use that glory to glorify Him, discover it, develop it, and protect it.

Shalom!!!

In a digital church age, access has changed. Voices are everywhere. Teaching is available at the click of a button, and generations are connecting with ministry in ways that were once unimaginable.

But what does this mean for mentorship, spiritual fathers and mothers, and spiritual covering?

Are these still essential to raising and shaping the next generation?
Have our expressions of mentorship simply evolved?
What should honour and accountability look like in a digital age?
Can meaningful spiritual formation happen without proximity?
And how do we distinguish healthy mentorship from unhealthy dependence or control?

These are conversations worth having.

Gratitude is not thanking God only because all your prayer requests have been ticked off. True gratitude is appreciating Him for what He has done, while still trusting Him for what He has not yet done.

Because the truth is, if God does not answer a particular prayer, who are we to put Him on trial? He remains God regardless. His faithfulness is not determined by whether He gives us what we asked for.

We thank Him not only for the answered prayers, but simply because He is God🙏🏾🙌🏾

Dr Hamzat Seeks Prayers and Spiritual Counsel During Visit to Ecclesiastical Council

The Deputy Governor of Lagos State and the flag bearer of All Progressive Congress (APC) for 2027 gubernatorial election Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat urged Lagoscians to keep faith in him and his party to continue the landmark development strides of the incumbent administration in the state.

Dr Hamzat made this statement when he visited the leadership of Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria at the Church international Headquarters, Km 40, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Asese Area.

While addressing the Church Dr. Hamzat quoted the part of the scriptures that says "Except the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain that build it"
We are here because we have started our journey with the belief that we need to seek the face of GOD and this we are doing by visiting religious leaders in the state to pray for us and seek their support as we move towards 2027.
We seek spiritual guidance, wise counsel and prayers.
Hence our visit to you our leaders is to support us all the way so that Lagos State will continue to grow.

Speaking on behalf of the Ecclesiastical Council of the Church, His Eminence Baba Aladura Emmanuel Omoniyi Owomoyela congratulated Dr. Hamzat over his choice as his party’s flag-bearer for the 2027 gubernatorial election. Baba Aladura Owomoyela recalled that the Cherubim & Seraphim Church had always joined hands with successive governments in building Lagos State as the church was founded in the state in 1925.

However, Eld Owomoyela said as a Church we are apolitical yet we are pleased with your endorsement by your party. We encourage you remember that leadership is a sacred trust. Public office is not a merely a position of honour but a call to selfless service.

We therefore urged you, "if entrusted with the mandate of the people to govern with the fear of God, fairness to all citizens without discrimination, transparency in public affairs and unwavering commitment to the development of every community.

Elder Owomoyela assured the Lagos Deputy Governor that “We will continue to mobilise our members to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), participate peacefully in elections and vote conscientiously for leaders and policies that will advance development, good governance and prosperity for Lagos State.”

The Cherubim & Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria stands ready to be a dependable partner - not only in prayer but also in service, mobilisation, advocacy, youth and women empowerment and nation-building.He said.

The Deputy Governor was accompanied on the visit by a former federal lawmaker and leader of the APC in Lagos State, Ganiyu Olanrewaju Solomon, Deputy Governorship candidate, princes Damilola Sonayon-James, a former Minister of State for Defence and a chieftain of APC in the state, Ambassador Musiliu Obanikoro, Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Religion (christian), Rev. Bukola Adeleke, among many APC chieftains in the state.

The C&S Unification Church delegation included a member of the Governance Advisory Council of the Lagos State Government, Baba Aladura Reuben Olorunfunmi Bashorun, Chairman of the APC in Lagos State, Snr. Apostle (Hon.) Cornelius Ojelabi, His Grace, Elder Pro. S. A. O. Adeoye, Chairman National Executive Council of the church and its Secretary General, Snr. Apostle Tayo Ajose as well as Vice Baba Aladura L.A.V.O Osinnowo of Praying Band.
Also in attendance were Founder of the Love of Christ (LOC) Generation Church, Rev. Mother Abimbola Esther Ajayi, Primate Johnson Koledola Kunlipe, Bishop Oluwademilade Akpata,
Most Snr. Elder Apostle Gbenga Aluko, Elder Apostle Bola Odubela,
Most Snr. Special Apostle Adebisi Adedire,
Special Apostle Segun Adio, Chairman, Lagos State chapter of the Church, Snr. Special Apostle Sola Opadere, Deputy Secretary General, of the Church Snr. Special Apostle Anthony Samaye, among others.
