Women, Expectations, and Emotional Burnout π
From childhood, women are taught to be strong.
Be patient. Be caring. Be respectful. Be successful.
Be a good daughter. A good wife. A good mother. A good worker.

Many women wake up tired, smile through pain, carry family problems, marriage pressure, career stress, and emotional wounds β all in silence. Society praises women for βhandling everything,β but forgets that strong women also get tired.
