THINGS TO ADD TO YOUR LIFE PART 1
TEXT: 5-9
The Bible encourages us to make every effort to add to our faith. We should build our lives on things that will make us grow and take root in Christ. The believer is the one to add these qualities.
The word ADD means the following :
Supply
Minister
Provide
The Bible also says that we should make every effort. This means:
1. It will not be easy to do with the arm of the flesh
2. It means you have to put in force.
This is why the scripture in 2Peter1:3 says HIS DIVINE POWER HAS GIVEN US EVERY THING WE NEED FOR LIFE AND GODLINESS THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM WHO CALLED US BY HIS OWN GLORY AND GOODNESS. NIV
His divine power is at work in your life as a believer to be able to supply these qualities to your faith.
In case your are not saved, beloved you need Jesus. Ask Him to come into your life and His divine power will empower you.
Right now you can invite Jesus into your life by praying this prayer now :
LORD JESUS I COME TO YOU
I REPENT OF MY SINS AND I SURRENDER MY LIFE TO YOU.
I CONFESS YOU AS MY LORD AND I ASK YOU TO CLEANSE ME WITH YOUR BLOOD.
THANK YOU LORD FOR ACCEPTING ME AS YOUR OWN, IN JESUS NAME I PRAY. AMEN
