The word Pallal is a Hebrew word meaning prayer of interc

ession. The Pallal project is an Impact Vision . It is the vision of prayerfully holding on God for global REVIVALS (Revelation-based life, Evangelism fire, Visitations of God, Illumination of the word, Viable structures, Apostolic Administration, Love, Societal sanctification). It is an interdenominational management process of spiritually energized cells based on hearing from God. We are trusting God for at least 10 million of these impact cells released into all works of life in 200 nations before the year 2030

THE INSTITUTE
The Doulos Impact Institute building is the structure that will help to facilitate all the programmes. It is designed to have 80 2-room suites, 150 bedrooms, 5,000 capacity conference hall, 2,000 capacity basement hall and a 2,500 capacity hall that dualizes as a parking space. The Institute building is estimated to cost 8million USDollars, about 1,200 billion naira, to construct, finish, furnish and equip.
