This is to remind you of the forthcoming diocesan quarterly meeting for the year 2020 scheduled as follows:

Date: Saturday, 19th September, 2020
Venue: St. Dominic Catholic Church, Akwanga
Time: 10.00am prompt
Host Deanery: Akwanga.

Agenda:
1. Diocesan inauguration/Patron Feast Day.
2. IGR/Account Opening.
3. A.O.B
4. Refreshments

Note:
1. Deaneries are requested to come with their full delegates, i.e. Deanery presidents, secretaries, treasurers and Parish Presidents and Secretaries respectively.
2. All the Diocesan EXCO MUST attend unfailingly.
3. The host Parish must inform their Parish Priest about the meeting.
