Welcome to ALIKHWAH ISLAMIC FOUNDATION Center for Quranic Memorization and Islamic Propagation, a dedicated branch of the renowned Sheikh Tahir Usman Bauchi Foundation. Established on June 26, 2012, ALIKHWAH (which means 'brotherhood') embodies its powerful motto: 'إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ'
(Indeed Muslims are a single brotherhood).
Our slogan- ALIKHWAH-:Uplifting Islam and uniting Muslims—perfectly encapsulates our core mission.
Founded by Abdulmalik Mumini Obalowu Babanloma, our center, located at No. 5, Lane 5, Taybah street, Ifelodun community, behind Sobi specialist hospital, Alagbado, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, is committed to nurturing the next generation of Muslim scholars and devoted individuals.
We are a full-time, specialized institution focused on Hifzul Quran (Quranic Memorization) integrated with a comprehensive academic curriculum, drawing inspiration from the successful model in Bauchi.
Our Unique Program
ALIKHWAH has developed a distinctive and accelerated program tailored for young students.
We specialize in transforming children between the ages of four (4) and ten (10) into proficient readers and writers of the Qur'an within just six (6) months, and enabling them to complete the full memorization of the Glorious Qur'an within four (4) years, all while maintaining their academic progress.
Our overarching Aims and Objectives are to:
Instill a deep love for the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Develop children with impeccable manners and etiquette and a strong, fundamental knowledge of Islam.
Promote unity within the Muslim Ummah globally, preaching peace and love through the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith.
Train Muslim children to memorize the complete Qur'an quickly and sustainably.
Serve the community by assisting the less privileged and facilitating conflict resolution.
As a Tijaaniyah institution, we are spiritually guided by our father, Sheikh Tahir Usman Bauchi R.T.A, O.F.R, Sautul Islam, Lisaanu faidotu Tijaaniyah. Our dedication to excellence has resulted in over 2,000 graduates who are now proficient reciters and memorizers of Al-Qur'an. We offer both Day and Boarding options for our students in our primary and secondary citadel, which is upheld by methodically trained, professional staff.
