In the book of Nehemiah, the exact number of days between Nehemiah’s initial prayer and the fulfillment of that prayer isn't explicitly stated, but we can estimate a timeline based on the events mentioned.

Nehemiah begins by praying to God after hearing about the distress in Jerusalem (Nehemiah 1:4). This happens in the month of Kislev (roughly November-December). Later, Nehemiah approaches King Artaxerxes about the situation in Jerusalem in the month of Nisan (roughly March-April) the following year (Nehemiah 2:1). Therefore, it seems that there are about four months between Nehemiah’s initial prayer and the moment when he speaks to the king and gets permission to go and rebuild Jerusalem.

This four-month period reflects the time Nehemiah spent praying, fasting, and waiting for an opportunity to take action. The actual fulfillment of Nehemiah’s prayer — the rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls — takes place after he is granted permission to return and organize the work.

7 THINGS KILLING YOUR PRAYER LIFE

1. Excessive eating: Eating more than necessary at night will only weaken your body.

2. Sleep: You must train your body to sleep less and stay awake. Sleep drains your strength to pray. The truth is, some sleep is an attack.

3. Filthiness of the spirit and soul: Po*******hy, s*x chat, and impure thoughts are killers of prayer stamina. Your inner man would always be defeated by feeding your spirit man with filthy and erotic content.

4. Bad atmosphere: The atmosphere you create and find yourself matters a lot. If you're among prayer weaklings, gossip, and carnal believers your prayer fire will die. Gossip and backbite would frustrate you.

5. Poor feeding of your inner man. If your spirit man isn't well fed you can't be a prayer champion. If you don't listen to sermons, you hardly study the word or Christian art

. “Peace”, the third characteristic of the fruit, is the inner calmness and peace which is in God. It is the peace of God which, through the Holy Spirit, is worked in us if we are led by Him. Again, this peace will be ours, regardless of the difficult circumstances in which we can sometimes be.
Of these three: love, joy and peace, the Lord Jesus speaks of in John 14 and 15: “My love”, “My joy”, “My peace” (Jn 14:27; Jn 15:10-11). Between Him and the Spirit is a perfect agreement.
4. How important “patience” (the fourth feature) is. How your patience is tested sometimes if you are in a difficult or hopeless situation or if you have to deal with difficult people.
5. A subsequent feature (the fifth) is “kindness”. In Titus 3, this feature is used for God (Tit 3:4). It shows His friendly mind and benevolent attitude to sinners. Are His mind and attitude, seen in your life? They surely are, if you are led by the Spirit.
6. “Goodness” (the sixth characteristic) shows that you are generously and compassionately looking for what is good for others. In Ephesians 5, goodness is connected with the fruit of the light (Eph 5:9).
7. You show “faithfulness” (the seventh feature) if people can trust you, if you are trustworthy.
8. “Gentleness” (the eighth feature) means that you are willing to take a humble position. It is not a spineless weakness, but an attitude you consciously take and for which you need much spiritual strength.
9. The list ends with the ninth characteristic: “self-control”. The Holy Spirit leads you to a disciplined life, in which you don’t yield to the impulses of passions and desires. He gives you the ability to control yourself.
This nine-fold fruit cannot be worked out by putting yourself under the law. This fruit will only grow and prosper in all freshness if you are led by the Holy Spirit. We see this fruit in its full maturity in the Lord Jesus, with the exception of self-control because that word contains the idea of wrong impulses which have to be tame

The Fruit of the Spirit
Gal 5:22. In Gal 5:19 we read about the “works [plural] of the flesh”. In Gal 5:22 Paul mentions the “fruit [singular] of the Spirit”. If you think of the works of the flesh, you see those works more as a result of what a man does. As to the fruit of the Spirit, you rather think of an inner attitude. It is a fruit, not of ourselves, as is the case with the works of the flesh, but of the Spirit. You could compare it to a factory and a garden. In a factory, people are working hard to realize a certain production. In a garden grows what is sown in it, without any work of man (except probably weeding).
The fruit of the Spirit is not the same as the gifts of the Spirit. Anyone who has received the Holy Spirit has also received certain spiritual gifts. Every believer has different gifts. With the fruit of the Spirit this difference is absent. It is a fruit which has to be present in every believer.
As mentioned, the word ‘fruit’ is in the singular. It is one fruit, but it is composed of nine parts. You can think of a diamond which is one stone, but with a difference in brightness, depending on how the light shines on it. You can also think of a flower with nine petals. If you remove a petal, the flower loses its beauty. Similarly, the nine parts of the fruit of the Spirit are not available separately. The Holy Spirit wants every part of the fruit to be fully exposed in unity with the whole.
1. The first part that is mentioned is “love”. That is understandable. It is the nature of God. God is love (1Jn 4:8; 16) and His love “has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us” (Rom 5:5).
2. The second part is “joy”. This is the joy which the Holy Spirit works in us as we think of God and what He has done for us in His Son, despite the difficult circumstances in which we can sometimes be. It is the joy “in the Lord” (Phil 3:1) and that is our strength (Neh 8:10b).

WORD FOR TODAY... Prophectic hour... The journey of a man's life is a battle ground, many soldiers have fallen because they couldn't discern the wiles of the devil on the battle field. There are different tactics that the evil spirit do play out to bring down his opponent because of their long term of engagement. 2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light". Therefore it's needful for you to discern the devil in sheep clothing. I speak to you this day, that every wolve in sheep clothing deceiving you for a destruction is exposed to you in Jesus name. The understanding and wisdom to strike your enemies down is release upon you. No wiles of the devil shall prevail over you. Receive the Spirit of God for discernment in Jesus name. The Lord teach your hands to war for a total victory over the evil ones in Jesus name.

FIVE THINGS YOU MUST EXPERIENCE AS A PASTOR :

1● WITHDRAWAL OF FOLLOWERS
You must understand that you don't have permanent members, you see those people shouting halleluyah amen ?
they are not permanent and they can leave you without thinking twice.,
so build around God and forget followers.

2● BETRAYAL FROM FRIENDS
Don't trust anyone who claims friendship with you, even trusting yourself is DANGEROUS.
Do not talk of others, Don't think everyone is loving, caring, reliable like you.
Those people you are parading as friends can shock you without looking back.
Build around God and forget friends

3● REJECTION FROM YOUR SENIORS
If you have never experienced rejection from those ahead in Ministry, then you are a learner.
Not that they are evil or don't love you,
it's just that your not in their class and you don't belong in their groups. So thinking they will just incorporate you easily, then you are a joker. Seniors in Ministry can relate well with you when they see something they can collect or that will benefit them no matter how little it is. Stop pursuing after them because of results, build capacity, build your personality, develop your Ministry, soon they will seek for you !

4● SILENCE FROM HEAVEN
This one is very common, it's not that you committed any sin, God has his reasons for this, even in the Bible there was silence periods. Between Malachi and Matthew, there is an empty space, that is what divides Old Testament from New Testament, "IT'S CALLED SILENT PERIODS " It was 430 years without a word from God. If you are a Pastor and you have never gone through this silent periods, then your calling is questionable. Yes you have prayed, fasted, sacrificed, done everything recommended by the Bible, spiritual fathers and mothers, mentors and seniors and even friends in Ministry, yet no result and God is not speaking. He is in using you to speak to people but he is silent in your matter, it's called SILENT PERIOD, very stressful bec
