*What to do if urine stops suddenly?*

*If you have crossed 55 years, read it sir*

*This is the experience of 70 years old ENT specialist and renowned allopathy doctor.*

*Let's hear a unique experience...👉*

*One morning he woke up suddenly. He needed to urinate, but couldn't (some people sometimes have this problem later in life). He tried again and again, but continued efforts failed. Then he realized that a problem had arisen.*

*Being a doctor, he was not immune to such physical problems; His lower abdomen became heavy. Difficulty in sitting or standing, increased pressure in lower abdomen.*

*He then called a well-known urologist on the phone and explained the situation. The urologist replied: "I am currently in an outside hospital, and should be at your local clinic in two hours. Can you last that long?"*

*He replied: "I will try."*
*At the same time, he came to the attention of another allopathic woman-doctor of childhood. With great difficulty he explained the situation to his friend the doctor.*

*Friend replied:-* *"Oh, your bladder is full. And you can't p*e even if you try... Don't worry. Do as I tell you. You will get rid of this problem. You will get it."*

*And she instructed:-*

*"Stand up straight, and jump vigorously again and again. While jumping, keep both hands up, as if you were plucking a mango from a tree. Do this 10 to 15 times."*

*The old doctor thought: " Can I really jump into this situation? The treatment seemed a bit dubious. However the doctor tried...*

*After 3 to 4 jumps he felt the urge to urinate and was relieved.*

*He happily thanked his doctor friend for solving the problem so easily.*

*Otherwise, he would have to be hospitalized, bladder tests, injections, antibiotics etc., as well as catheterization ... with mental stress for him and his near and dear ones, with a bill of millions.*

*Please share with senior citizens. Here is a very simple solution for anyone having this harrowing experience.*

My special request to you🙏

Please forward this message to your family, relatives and senior members of the neighborhood too.

Amirul Hajj Reassures Katsina Pilgrims Over Return Flight Schedule Adjustment

The Amirul Hajj of Katsina State for the 2026 Hajj exercise, Barrister Ahmad Usman El-Marzuq, has reassured pilgrims from the state that their welfare remains a top priority despite recent adjustments to the return flight schedule from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Speaking during a joint meeting of the Katsina State Hajj Delegation, Board and Management of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board held in Makkah on June 7, 2026, the Amirul Hajj disclosed that the delegation had continued consultations with relevant stakeholders following information that the state's return flights, initially expected to commence on June 11, may be delayed as a result of changes in flight slot allocations by the Saudi authorities.

Barrister El-Marzuq informed the meeting that he had already briefed Governor Dikko Umaru Radda on the development and sought his intervention. He also revealed that he personally contacted the proprietor of Max Air, Alhaji Dahiru Mangal, who explained that the changes were beyond the control of the airline and resulted from slot allocations made by Saudi aviation authorities.

The Amirul Hajj further disclosed that subsequent discussions with airline officials indicated that the situation was improving, as there was a strong possibility that Katsina State could receive an additional flight slot, which would significantly shorten the anticipated delay.

The meeting also considered reports of rumours circulating among pilgrims concerning possible disruption of feeding and accommodation services. Participants expressed concern that such misinformation could create unnecessary anxiety among pilgrims.

In response, the Chairman of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Kabir Bature, clarified that accommodation and feeding arrangements for Katsina pilgrims remained intact, noting that pilgrims had earlier signed undertakings acknowledging that their stay in the Holy Land could last between 35 and 40 days depending on operational circumstances.

Following the meeting, the Amirul Hajj, accompanied by members of the delegation, Board and management, visited and addressed pilgrims in all three major hotels accommodating Katsina State pilgrims in Makkah, including the female pilgrims' hotel.

Addressing the pilgrims, Barrister El-Marzuq assured them that no pilgrim would be denied food or asked to vacate his or her accommodation should their stay be extended beyond the initially expected departure date.

He explained the roles of the State Pilgrims Welfare Boards, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), the airlines and the Saudi authorities in the management of Hajj operations, while also providing detailed information on the circumstances surrounding the revised flight schedule.

The Amirul Hajj appealed to the pilgrims to remain calm, patient and law-abiding, and urged them to disregard rumours and misinformation capable of causing confusion and tension.

He assured them that the delegation was maintaining constant engagement with NAHCON, the airline and other relevant authorities to secure the earliest possible return schedule.

Barrister El-Marzuq further called on the pilgrims to continue praying for a favourable resolution of the situation and for the successful completion of the return airlift exercise.

The meeting resolved that pilgrims should continue to receive accurate and timely information on developments while efforts continue to secure improved flight allocations for Katsina State.

Katsina Pilgrims Welfare Board Begins Distribution of Return Travel Bags, Intensifies Preparations for June 11 Airlift

The Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board has commenced the distribution of travelling bags to pilgrims in Makkah as part of preparations for their return to Nigeria following the successful completion of the 2026 Hajj exercise.

As part of the ongoing arrangements for the return journey, the Board has also successfully conducted the sorting of pilgrims' e-passports at Mashariq Adhdhahabiyyah in Makkah in readiness for the airlift of Katsina State pilgrims back to Nigeria.

The exercise was carried out smoothly without any difficulties, owing to the maximum support and cooperation provided by officials of Mashariq Adhdhahabiyyah. The e-passport sorting committee was chaired by Muhammad Saifuddeen Yakubu Musa, with the Director of Operations of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Dr. Nasir Dan-Zaria, serving as coordinator. Other members of the committee included Alhaji Hassan Ibrahim Bindawa, Alhaji Isa Isa Yandaki and Alhaji Yusuf Damale Kaita.

Speaking during the bag distribution exercise, the Executive Director of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Yunusa Abdullahi Dankama, disclosed that Katsina pilgrims are scheduled to begin their return journey from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on June 11, 2026, while the general airlift of Nigerian pilgrims is expected to commence on June 3, 2026.

He explained that the Board had categorized pilgrims into three operational zones—Funtua, Katsina and Daura—to facilitate the orderly distribution of travelling bags and other return-flight arrangements.

According to him, pilgrims in the Funtua Zone collected their bags on the first day of the exercise, while those in the Katsina and Daura Zones are scheduled to receive theirs subsequently.

Alhaji Dankama also highlighted a significant improvement in the luggage arrangement for this year's Hajj operation. He noted that unlike previous years when each pilgrim was provided with an eight-kilogram hand luggage and a 32-kilogram travelling bag, the 2026 arrangement has been standardized in line with international best practices.

Under the new arrangement, each pilgrim is entitled to an eight-kilogram hand luggage in addition to two travelling bags of 23 kilograms each, thereby providing greater convenience and flexibility for returning pilgrims.

The Executive Director reassured pilgrims that all necessary measures have been put in place to ensure a smooth, orderly and hitch-free return operation. He also commended the pilgrims for their patience, discipline and cooperation throughout the pilgrimage.

The Board reaffirmed its commitment to the welfare of Katsina pilgrims and expressed confidence that the return airlift operation would be conducted successfully.

Signed
