Divine Knowledge
Jeremiah 9:23 - 24

The knowledge of God is what we need. Let it be our pride that we know Him. We may have everything in life. And it's tempting to trust in these things. But let's brag about them.

All things will fade away. No matter how precious they are to us. But God's knowledge abides forever. We should do all we can to get God's knowledge (Proverbs 4:23).

Let us draw near towards God (James 4:8). We can't know God from afar. We must seek after Him. And the proof that we know God is in our fear of Him.

We can't know God and not fear Him. We automatically become aware that we are nothing without Him. We become mindful of the decision we make when we fear Him.

God speaks to us through different channels. These are ways He reveals Himself to us. It is our responsibility to cultivate the channel He speaks to us.

You should also know that the more of God you know, the more men will honour.

The Presence of God is all I Need
Exodus 33:13 - 16

Our journey in life is not an easy one. On the way, we will meet different challenges. Some are bigger than us. Hence, we will need God's intervention and support. This is God's presence.

Moses did not enter the promise land because of the kind of people he was leading. He was leading a stubborn people. Another thing to be mindful of is being focused when you walk with God. People can force you out of God's will.

In God's presence is where we find rest. It means you don't struggle like others as you journey through life. It simply means that the presence of God makes us different from the rest (Exodus 33:16).

The Importance of Carrying God's Presence
1. It helps us to stay focused spiritually.
2. It singles us out in the crowd.
3. God's presence makes easy the difficult situations of life and seasons of scarcity.

All this time, we have not been alone. Not even in the loneliest time. God has been there. He has been with us. But why is life so difficult despite the presence of God?

Firstly, the fear of taking a bold step has complicated the lives of people. It takes boldness to take a bold step. No change occurs without a step of boldness. But many have embraced fear.

The fear of falling and failing. This is what God has been waiting for. That we take a bold step. We must do everything not to be afraid. No revolution comes without boldness.

Unbelief is another hindrance to taking a bold step (John 1:12). Until we believe in God, nothing is possible. Not even the promises of God. We must believe in ourselves.

Let our confession be mixed with belief. To take a bold step, we need to believe in ourselves.

Have you ever wondered how the voices in your head come about? Get the answer when you read this message from our father, Pastor Emmanuel UG. It is a long message but you won't be disappointed at the end of it.

Silencing Every Evil Voice
Numbers 23:23

Balak was not happy about the progress of the Israelites. So, he invited Balaam to curse them. As long as we have people who are not happy with our success there are voices speaking negatively.

If we must excel in life then we need to pay attention to the voices within and around us. Surely, there are so many voices. We must do all we can to shut them down because it can affect us negatively.

Evil voices are spoken to bring doom to our lives. They destroy rather than build. We should know that any voice that doesn't bring progress, elevation, and encouragement is an evil voice. We have to be very mindful of who comes around us and what they say. Evil words spoken are like swords that cut deeply into our lives.

There are individuals who work so hard in life yet get little results. They asked what the problem is. Unknown to them, there is an evil voice challenging frustrating their efforts. This is where we need to pay attention to the evil voices around us.

One of the two voices we have on our inside is the voice of fear. It makes us scared of trying things. It makes us ask if it will work or not. The second voice on our inside is teh voice of disappointment. This voice reminds us of things that didn't work in the past. It tells us how many times we have failed in life.

We must never pay attention to these voices. If it overclouds our senses of reasoning then we are doomed. Let's not allow the devil use the voice of fear and disappointment to give up on believing God.

Is there anything too hard for God to do (Jeremiah )? This is what we should hold on to.

There is another voice on our inside that is very powerful. It is called the voice of faith. Everyone has it on their inside. We must ensure this voice is louder than any of those voices earlier mentioned.

The voice of faith conquers other voices. The woman with the issue of blood (Matthew 9:19 - 20) heard that voice on her inside before touching the helm of his garment. A developd voice of faith doesn't require much to get answers to prayer.

I am a Product of God's Mercy
Mark 10:47

One of the ways to get God's attention is through His mercy. The cry of mercy causes God to stand still, waiting for us to come (Mark 10:49). Sadly, many are scared of going to Him.

Blind Bartimaeus didn't hesitate to run to Jesus when he (Bartimaeus) got His attention. He wasn't scared of stating what he desired. He said that he wants his sight. And He got it.

God is every faithful concerning His mercy (Lamentations 3:22 - 23). He will despise the cry of mercy when we ask for it. He is faithful to His mercy (Romans 9:15). God's mercy is made new every morning.

Open Doors
Revelations 3:8 - 9

Every door leads to a house. It determines what comes and goes out of the house. And every life is a doorway to a family.

It determines whether evil or good will prevail in a family. When a door is open, either good or evil will go through it.

God has open doors for us (Revelation 3:8). Those doors cannot be shut by anyone (Psalms 2:2 - 4). The enemies know they cannot stop what God has promised. But they will do everything to deny us from receiving what God has promised.

We must contend fervently and steadfastly about what God has promised us. When God says He will give us victory, we also have our part to play (Luke 19:39). God cannot bless an empty hand. Get something done.

Like Blind Bartimaeus, we should cry out. That means we must prepare ourselves for battle. God will never work with a lazy and empty hand. If we don't put in an effort, then the enemy (adversary) will take advantage of our negligence.

Many prophecies have not come to pass because the people who received them did not work towards it.

Call on God
Psalms 50:15

Glory is a function of trouble. The Lord is glorified in our troubles, especially when we call for His intervention.

We must be aggressive to break the chains of the enemy (Luke 18:35 - 41). Until we become restless through our cry unto to the Lord we will never gain freedom.

There are things we will never discover until we call on God (Jeremiah 33:3). He alone can reveal them to us.

Patience In God
Isaiah 60:22

God is aware of whatever we are going through. This is hard to believe because it seems nothing is changing. But God knows and sees it all.

God will only change a situation when it's the right time. The right time means you are ready for it. You have been prepared for it. What prepares us for greater levels is hard time. And God will not allow us to go through that which is too difficult for us to handle.

When we are not prepared to handle the blessings designed for us it becomes a problem. A problem that is capable to take our lives. Hence, we have to be patient with God. Patience in the place of prayer. We must know that no prayer is a waste.

Situations may be hard on us. It may seem like there's no hope. But let's not be dismayed. The devil don't deserve to be hyped by asking if God still loves us. God is always there. A positive confession in the midst of troubles weakens the hands of the enemy. It brings peace in the midst of troubles (Matthew 8:26).

Positive confession brings stability. It allows us to see the solution. It must not be said once. Your confession must be said continuously. This is because the enemy will not give in trying to make you give up on what God has said about you.

Temptations will come. But what keeps you standing is the trust you have in God. Hence, we must know that God's time is not always the same with ours (Isaiah 55:8 - 9).. Until the change comes let's be positive. Do not give the devil the room to take a foothold in your mind. Stay positive until your change comes

What we do and say when going through trials goes a long way in touch the heart of God (Job 14:14). It determines whether God will deliver us or not. Our faith must not be weakened else we will the enemy will triumph over us. Our faith in God is what moves God.

Every true believer with faith should learn to trust and wait on God (Psalms 27:14). As long as the Lord has spoken stay there. Impatient has killed many.
