Sheikh Sharif Ibrahim Saleh Al-Hussaini is one of Nigeria's most distinguished Islamic scholars, renowned for his contributions to Islamic education, scholarship, and interfaith dialogue.
Brief Profile
Born on 12 May 1938 in Aredibe, near Dikwa, Borno State, Nigeria.

Widely known as Sheikh Sharif Saleh.

He Serves as the Grand M***i of Nigeria and is a leading authority in Islamic jurisprudence and Fatwa affairs.

Sheikh is Fluent in Arabic, English, Hausa, and Kanuri.
He Has authored hundreds of books and scholarly papers on Qur'anic sciences, Hadith, Fiqh, Sufism, history, philosophy, and related Islamic disciplines
Sheikh Ibrahim Saleh Alhussaini is Founder of several Islamic educational and scholarly institutions, including the Sheikh Sharif Ibrahim Saleh Islamic Center.
Notable Positions Held
Chairman of Fatwa Committees of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) and Jama'atu Nasril Islam (JNI).
Chairman of the Assembly of Muslims in Nigeria (AMIN).
