Topic: The Efficacy of Testimonies
Textual Source: Revelation 12:11

Introduction:
Multiple testimonies could explore the power of shared experiences and stories of faith, hope and transformation of our life.
What Is Testimony: It is the statement made by one who testified evidence, it is a act of testifying to the world, the faithfulness of God in our fear, trials and temptation - Luke 21:12-13
Divine Testimony: This are testimonies of spiritual witness given by the Holy Ghost. The foundation of a testimony is the knowledge that heavenly Father lives and loves His children, that Jesus Christ is the son of God - 1 John 5:9-10; John 5:31-34; Isaiah 11:2.
Sharing Testimony Amidst Current Struggle: Your testimonies is a powerful message to others, your testimony is one of the most effective tool to touch life and change situation, sharing our testimony does not only exposes God's heart on the matter, but it also shows how God feel about us - Mark 10:46-52; Psalm 119:46; Rev 19:10.
God Can Do The Impossible: This emphasizes God omnipotence and ability to do the impossible even when it seem impossible to man. What may seem impossible to human, but is possible with God. John 4:39-43: this talk about how many Samaritans believe in Jesus Christ because of the woman by the well who testified about Jesus.
Conclusion: It’s important to share your testimonies because that is your weapon, (Revelation 12:11) and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the word of their testimony.

Preacher: Bro Akin Akindele
Topic: Rise above Discouragement
Text: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
Introduction: Many things can cause us to be discouraged. Discouragement is something that the devil can use to cripple us in our faith and service to God. Consider the story of Joseph, as told in Genesis 37-50. Despite facing betrayal by his brothers, false accusations, and imprisonment, Joseph remained faithful to God. Genesis 50:20 reveals his perspective: "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good." Joseph rose above discouragement by maintaining trust in God's plan.

Similarly, in the New Testament, Paul endured numerous hardships. In 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, he reflects on his trials: "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed." Paul's unwavering faith allowed him to rise above discouragement, finding strength in Christ.
In these examples, we see resilience through faith, demonstrating that even in adversity, God's purpose prevails. Embrace their stories as inspiration to overcome discouragement through unwavering faith in God's plan. In times of discouragement, turn to Psalm 42:11: "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God." Trust in the Lord's plan, as mentioned in Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." Your strength comes from faith in God's guidance and purpose.
Conclusion:
Stay resilient in the face of defeat, challenges, and issues; victory is inevitable with time. Overcome obstacles, and remember to credit God when you triumph. Persevere in adversity; don't yield to discouragement
