Be Shrewd In Your Business

Beloved, we are not here on our own! Don't lazy about with excuses and complaints, find something doing. For in all labour there is profit but the talk of the lips tendereth only to penury. The poor will serve the rich! And remember, whatever you do do as unto the LORD, who is the REWARDER of us all.

Some people work with their brains, some work with their hands, some with their feet, some with their eyes, others work with their mouth, some are paid for smelling things (they work with their nose). Which of these do you lack? Everything around you is an asset.
So you have yourself and everything and everyone around you. Your are a rich person already, therefore God expects you to profit with all that he has given you!

The Lord Jesus said, I must work the works of HIm that sent Me, while it is day: the night cometh when no man can work. John 9:4
The Bible says this about John, "there was a man sent from God, whose name was John."
John 1:6. The keyword in the 2 passages is "sent".
We are here on assignment, even if you don't know it, find something doing, make such it is something good. Because you would be paid according to your works without partiality.

As a Christian, follow the footsteps of Jesus, learn of HIm and learn from Him and behave the way He did and do what He did! And God will glorify and honour you as He did with Jesus. John 14:12 Philippians 2:9-11

Righteousness by law & righteousness by faith

Oh LORD, if thou mark iniquity who shall stand?

Life is not all about legality or about strict adherence to the law but about MERCY also.
Truth be told, every thing works on certain principles or laws but there is another law of considerations.
Which the economist call "all things being equal", guess what, all things are hardly equal in life. Without a degree of tolerance, life would be disastrous or miserable.

Our nation Nigeria is full of chaos today because of legalities, several court injunctions left and right, by section so and so of our constitution, bla, bla, bla, bla, ...! Simple ethics or moral discipline is not there and we cry to the high heavens for legalities.

There was a time, FIFA ranked our football (senior national team) among the first 10 best in the world, trust my people they destroyed that rating with legalities.
Another time, United Nations zoned their Secretary General position to Africa and all the African nations agreed on Nigeria taking the noble position. Trust my people, they cancelled the favour with petitions.

Without MERCY, it is impossible to make progress. Mercy is the righteousness by faith.
The Bible says, "Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy." This is not voiding obedient or adherence to the laws but we will do better if we are moderate and considerate.

"The law is made for man, man is not made for the law."
Grow in grace, be merciful.

Sanctification is a process of making a person, place or a thing spiritually clean for God to use for good works.

Bible Reading: Psalm 15:1-5

Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.

Clean up the dirt
Immanuel, God is with us. And if God be for us no one can be against us. Hallelujah!

It is without question that the heart of man, (every man black or white, educated or not, rich or poor) is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, who can know it.
These are some the things that man treasures in his heart - evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, hatred, blasphemies, pride, malice, jealousy, heady, rebellion, covetousness etc.

God does not dwell in such filthy hearts. The Spirit of God dwells in a man's heart and it has to be a clean heart with a right spirit. Because God wants to work through man to reconcile the world to himself, therefore he needs a man with a clean heart and a right spirit. God will not force Himself into your heart as the demons do to possess their victims.
Mark 1:23, 5:2 Luke 13:11,18

Therefore you must guard your heart jealously and prepare your heart for God to dwell and then invite him in (into your heart).
Revelation 3:20, the LORD says, "Behold I stand at the door (of your heart) and knock: if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him and will sup with him and he with Me."

Are you ready to ask the LORD into heart today?
If you don't allow the LORD in, there is another person at the same door of your heart, his name is SIN.
If the LORD leaves you; SIN will force himself in and he will kill you, for "the wages of SIN is death." Genesis 4:7, Romans 6:23

Spiritual Warfare

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of Obedience unto righteousness?

The Enemies Within
God is good to all. He gave food to all man, the animals, birds of the air, all living things in the waters and on the land. Praise the LORD!

Everyone has enemies within him or within her called sinful desire or sinful lust. These evil lust and desires are in the flesh of every living thing. They fight against any new doctrine or new instruction for change within and without.

This is the corrupt nature man acquired after the sin in the garden of Eden, the divine nature of God left or departed from man. Man's heart became darkened full of evil and desperately wicked continually.
Genesis 6:5, Jeremiah 17:9, Matthew 15:19-20

The Bible says, "For as a man thinketh in his heart so is he." What is in a man's heart
Matthew 15:19-20 so man cannot do the good you are preaching to him to do neither can he do the good that he himself has pledge to do as a new year resolution. He can't keep his own promises, how can he keep the promise to others or with others. Sometimes it hurts man not being able to keep his promises.

Man poses as a good man but his attitude at home, in the work place, in the market places are terrible to say the least. Why this dilemma? It is the enemies within!

All the antisocial behaviours and the antisocial vices are from the enemies within a man irrespective of his social status. Some people call it the animal or the beast in man. It is spiritually called the sinful nature and sinful desire. And it is this that has brought death upon all flesh.

So every man needs a deliverer from this body of sin Romans 7:24 because the wages of sin is death Romans 6:23. Ezekiel 8:20
Jesus has come as a deliverer from sin Matthew 1:23, believe in him, call upon his name and ask him to deliver you from death and to forgive you your sins. Thank him for saving you!

You must win this battle against your soul.
Find a Church and give your testimony!

The Undefiled Vessel of God
Praise God for another day, it is amazing to be alive going through different experiences of life, both predictable and unpredictable, palatable and non-palatable.

Life is all about the relationship of God and man and all that comes in between us.

It is God that wants to use us to impact this world and not we wanting to use God to impact this world. No, the agenda of impacting this world is of God and not that of man.
2 Corinthians 5:19
God works through us reconciling the world unto Himself. And this not without a reward.

You need to be consecrated unto God undefiled like Daniel, see the banner below. God used him to interpret supernatural dreams to Kings in a foreign land. Though he was a slave boy but because of his determination to be used of God, God rewarded him.

As you stay uncompromisingly holy and righteous, I see God using you to bring the enemies to their knees in Jesus mighty name amen.

Spiritual Warfare

Bible Reading: Numbers 22-25

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.

Kingdom of God against the kingdom of Satan

Glory be to who has given us victory in Christ Jesus, Hallelujah amen.

It is clear from the onset that the battle of life is between God and Satan, and man and Angels are aligned in allegiance to both sides.
Revelation 12:7-17
Decide on which side you stand for there are no spectators neither is there the undecided, except for the ignorant that are suffering for their ignorance.

To us that are on the LORD'S side and that are alive in this world, we have got to understand that there is a god of this evil, perverse, dark and wicked world (2 Corinthians 4:4) and his demons that are after our down fall from godliness to ungodliness, to separate us from God, our Father and our Protector. One of Satan's strategies is to cause us to sin against our God, knowing that our God does not behold iniquity and will punish sin wherever it is found. So Satan adopts Balaam's doctrine Revelation 2:14. Numbers 25:1-9
Once sin is found in the camp of believers the protection or the hedge is removed and we become exposed to spiritual predators (demons/evil spirits).

I pray that we will be spiritually discerning and resist all temptation, we will not fall into temptation, we shall overcome all the wiles of the enemies in Jesus mighty name amen.

Flee all appearances of sin, repent and stop sinning, for he that continues in sin is a child of the devil. 1 John 3:8-9
Ask for God's mercy and forgiveness in Jesus name and your sins will be forgiven and your protection against the devil and his demons will be restored to you.
I can see you winning, be victorious 1 John 5:4

I was glad when they said to me, "let us go to the house of God."

The God of all creation

It is good to give thanks to the LORD our God, for He is good and His mercy endureth forever.

By looking around us and looking above us, by thinking about the past and by looking at the present events, present circumstances, people and places, you will discover that all these things are beyond the works any human being.

Who made the sun, the moon, the galaxies, the rain, the dry and the wet seasons, man and animals, the sea and the oceans and all that are in them, the mountains, the hills and the valleys, the creeping things and the flying things, the dead where do they go to?

One can only conclude that there is someone behind all these gargantuan work of creation.
That is the Immortal God and invisible God, God is a Spirit and by our banner below, it is evident that He created us for His own good pleasure.

What is it that gives Him good pleasure?
Our worship! Worship God, the creator and NOT the created things, not even angels but the God of all creations and Him alone should be worshipped.
John 4:23-24, Revelation 19:10, 22:8-9

I urge you today, go to the house of God, the Church and worship the One and Only true living God through the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. You will be glad you did.

Keep thy heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life.

O magnify the LORD with me and let us exalt his name together.

The Bible says that "our (believers) body is the temple of the Holy Spirit" 1 Corinthians 6:19
And that we (believers) should, " ..... present this our body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is our reasonable service." Romans 12:1

God dwells in us by his Spirit and his Spirit will use our mouths to speak to people or to spirits or to situations, if we have self-control over our mouths.
Today we dwell on 'our mouths' as part of our body to be Sanctified unto the LORD.

All what the man of God said in our Bible text above were honoured by God because he was sanctified/consecrated unto the LORD.

Warning: We will be judged by whatever we say with our mouth be it good or evil.
Matthew 12:36-37

Exhortation: Retract your words if it is foul, hateful, inciting, debasing, etc and apologize to the offended. This is the way of godliness.

Speak words of faith, of edification, of truth, of life, instruct in righteousness and stop lying or exaggerating things. This is a Sanctified tongue.
By the spoken word God created the world, as you sanctify your mouth unto God, you will see your words creating situations to the glory of God.
We are Ambassadors for Christ in this world, behave as one and speak as an Ambassador for Christ and you will be honoured by God and man.

Remember we are on a pilgrims journey to heaven, join us.

"Life is in the blood"
Blessed be the LORD God Almighty, who has given us victory over death and because we are alive there is hope for you and I.

There is power in the blood, believe it or not. If you are spiritual or religious and you go about spilling out innocent blood, you will pay for it mercilessly. The blood you spill during abortion, cries out in the spirit world against you for vengeance. Meeting a woman in her period of ovulation, be it your wife or not, defiles you, makes you spiritually unclean. And vulnerable as easy prey to unclean spirits.

You don't drink blood nor eat meat with blood.
Acts 15:28-29.
Leviticus 17:11 The blood is used at the altar for an atonement, to purge sins and to ward away vengeful angels (called the Avengers)
Psalm 8:2

Exodus 12:12-13 The LORD asked the children of Israel to put the blood of the Lamb on the lintel or door post of their homes for the Avenger angel was coming to kill everyone without the blood. It was a secret revealed only to the Israelites in Egypt. As many as obeyed were spared from the destruction by death.

The most powerful blood on earth and in heaven is the blood of the Lamb of God (Jesus, who shed his blood at Calvary for you and I).
"For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
Hebrew 9:22 says, "without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin."
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Every time you sprinkle the blood of Jesus, evil spirits run away from your vicinity.
Revelation 12:11

You have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus! Congratulations, go and sin no more!!!!

The signs of the Endtime!

Were you surprised that the great opening ceremony display at the Olympics (Paris 2024) was the desecration of the Last Supper caption of our Lord Jesus Christ with His disciples?
A disguising sight and a pathetic show of shame.
This was a global event, broadcast live for global audience, confirming the scriptures.

No! don't bang your head against the walls and don't take any offense, for we have been forewarned that it would happen.

They will mock us, they will scorn us, they will deceive many, they will kill many, etc.

Are you still in doubt of the truth of the gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ?
Expect no good news in any television or radio channels except from the gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ.
Believe in the Lord Jesus as the Son of God and you will be saved, you and your family.
Acts 2.37-39 Acts 10:24, 42, 44, 48 Acts 16:31

Pray this prayer, "Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God that came into this world and died for my sins. I believe that you were raised back to life for my justification. Thank you for forgiving of all my sins and I receive your righteousness, write my name's in your book of life. Thank God for saving my soul. Amen."

Go get yourself the Holy Bible and begin to read from the book of John and Romans.
May the Spirit of God lead you to a church and show yourself to the church leader and may you continue to abide in his grace.
