Brothers and sisters remember, Islam comprises of two main subjects as divine law.

i. Ibadat. This is faith and worship which is human relation with Allah.

This is where knowledge of Tawheed and Fiqh take place.

ii. Mu'amalat. This is human relation with his fellow humans. (Good moral).

This is where knowledge of Maqasid al-shariah take place.

Today Muslims have turned away and neglected the second subject especially we Nigerians, the only regarded acts of Islam in our side is Salat and Fasting we do full masajid when it is time to pray, we do fast Mondays and Thursdays every week. But our relationship with each other is some how bad no more love, help, sacrifice, good wishes, human feeling, etc.

Remember, you will also be rewarded on how your relationship goes with the people you lived with during your life time, did they benefit from you or you were causing harm for them.

May Allah lead us through.

The followings are some best form of jihad:

1. Being frank in advice to a tyrannical ruler.

2. Taking care of one's parents.

3. Exercising discipline or self-restraint.

4. Studying and self-improvement.

5. Teaching and sharing beneficial knowledge.

Another recognized forms of jihad are;

a. Military jihad. This is left for government.

b. Spiritual jihad. This type is concerned about the human soul and its temptations and egos.
The prophet (SAW) said "the fighter is he who fights his whim and caprice". At-trmidhi no 1621.

c. Preaching jihad. This is about proclaiming or conveying the message of Islam to those who have not heard about it starting from the nearest people then the nearer.
Allah says: "So obey not the disbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost endeavor, with it (the Qur'an)". (Q,25:52).

~ Always remember that nobody must be shamed or embarrassed for your smile to be sustained.

~ Always remember that while others are rising, you can also rise.

~ Always remember that finding satisfaction in the pain of others will never bring you true happiness.

~ Always remember that what you wish others is a prayer for yourself.

• Become the good fire that genuinely lights up others, not one that ruins the joy, goodwill and expectation of others.

• Never take delight in causing pain or sponsoring the tears of another.

• Allow the true FEAR OF GOD to guide your days, STRENGTHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS and SET YOU ON COURSE.

This is the path to true peace, lasting influence and meaningful living.

The knowledgeable people have taken this three things as their culture👇🏽

1. I don't know. If they were asked any subject they have no idea about, they simply answered "i don't know". Why because it creat chance for them to seek more knowledge about it.

2. I don't understand. If they heard anything that is not clear to them, they seek for more clarification. Why because it secure them from misinterpretations.

3. Questions. They are always asking and verifying before stepping into any matter. Why because it secure them from causing harm to others.

I hope we can also adopt this culture.

Remember, a good family is a family make of good father, good mother and good children.

Same as, a good community is a community make of good leaders, good elders and good youths.

In what ways are we going to make of a good community?!.

1. Love, sacrifice and trustworthy as father and mother did to make sure of the stability betterment of their children.

2. Setting an a good examples for the younger ones for them to continue from where past ones stopped.

3. Always pray for the betterment of the community.

May Allah guide us through.

Narrated `Ali:

The Prophet (ﷺ) , sent an army and appointed some man their commander The man made a fire and then said (to the soldiers), "Enter it." Some of them intended to enter it while some others said, 'We have run away from it (i.e., embraced Islam to save ourselves from the 'fire')." They mentioned that to the Prophet, and he said about people who had intended to enter the fire. ''If they had entered it, they would have remained In it till the Day of Resurrection.'' Then he said to others, "No obedience for evil deeds, obedience is required only in what is good ."

Sahih al-Bukhari 7257.

There are so many important lessons for every Muslim to learn from this Hadith when he read it and carefully understand the message and wisdom contain by the Hadith.

Abu Hurairah narrated that :

Allah's Messenger said: "When a Muslim, or believer, performs Wudu', washing his face, every evil that he looked at with his eyes leaves with the water - or with the last drop of water, or an expression similar to that - and when he washes his hands, every evil he did with his hands leaves with the water - or with the last drop of water - until he becomes free of sin."

Sahih, Jami'at-tirmidhi.

Is just a reminder for you to keep performing ablution all the time not until when you are ready to pray.

My fellow brothers and sisters have you ever asked your selves about your wishes for others?!.

You always wish for your self to be an educated, greater and richest person in your community, people should be moving around you, calling you honourable, distinguish, alhaji, malam, ustaz, sheikh, sufi, etc. Are you wishing the same thing for others?!.

Verify the status of your iman from this Hadith👇🏽

It was reported on the authority of Abu Hamzah Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) the servant of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"None of you (truly) believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself".

Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

My brothers and sisters, seeking knowledge most especially Islamic knowledge is an obligatory acts on each and every Muslim.
In regard to this you should have a believe that you are still a student, not a mujtahid, not a m***i and not a scholar, you are just a beginner of the great field you specialized on in sharing the beauty of Islam with others.
Always remain as a student trying to understand Islam better and get closer to Allah by serving Him and his creation better.

My brother!, You have to realize that you are the greatest contributor towards the development and growth of the criminalization in your community.

The following are the reasons of my words think of it deeply👇🏽

1. How many children have you support financially to study?.

Do not expect to live comfortably and secured while your children are in school and the weak ones children continues walking around the streets.

2. How many children did you train for self reliance or struggle for after graduation to secure a job with private organizations or government?.

But your children are the managers of your businesses, you secure a job for them even with huge amount of money while the weak ones children are there suffering.

3. What did you do for the youth to empower or encourage them not to stay jobless and stay away from all types of immoral acts?.

4. What is the standard of your relationship with your neighbors.

5. What are your wishes towards the development of your neighbors children.

Seriously, we have to change our thoughts if not nothing will change.

Let us try and put this Hadith into practical👇🏽

"Best of mankind is the most beneficial to them".

Let us learn how to sacrifice for the benefit our community and religion.

1. Promote and protect benefit and good (Maslaha).

2. Avoid and prevent harm, evil or suffering (Mafsada).

May Allah the Almighty purify our hearts and have mercy on us.
