DATE: THURSDAY AUGUST 27TH, 2026

TOPIC: THE GREAT PROVIDER

BIBLE TEXT: PHILIPIANS 4:19

GOLDEN VERSE: Phil 4:19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. NKJV

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 13-15

EXPOSITORY
God is the Source of all life and He provides for all His creature.

Ps 145:15-16 The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. 16 You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.NKJV

Ps 147:8-9 Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who prepares rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains. 9 He gives to the beast its food, And to the young ravens that cry. NKJV

God want you to depend on Him as your Source, not on that boss, that job, not on your abilities, strength or connections.

He knows your needs and wants and make your supply available in due season.

He care about your needs more than you care for yourself.

Depend on God, ask, seek and knock to receive from Your heavenly father.

Matt 7:7-11 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9 Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! NKJV

Your total dependency on Him for the provision of your needs is not negotiable.

There is no need that is too small that He doesn't know about and nothing too big that He can't provide for you.

One of the names of God is Jehovah Jireh, which means "the Lord our provider" or "the Lord will provide."

Matt. 6:33 reveals that the prerequisite to God meeting your need is that you must first seek His face and be make right with Him, that's when every provision will follow.

Your relationship with God needs to be your number one priority all the time, because everything you need is found in Him.

He will take care of everything that concerns you and meet all of your needs.

Seek God first and he will make your provisions and needs His priority, with an abundance even in time of famine. (Ps 37: 19).

PRAYER: Lord, thank you so much for meeting my needs. Help me to continually seek your face at all times in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

TOPIC: NO CONDEMNATION

BIBLE TEXT: LUKE 7: 46 - 48

GOLDEN VERSE: "Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little" - Luke 7:47.

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 9-12

EXPOSITORY
The sinner woman came to Jesus anointed His feet in love and received forgiveness for her many sins'.

God in Jesus loves the sinner and tax collectors as His friend.

Matt 9:11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, "Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?" NKJV

There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1); there is no sinner our Lord Jesus will not embrace with open arms as long as you are willing to come unto Him.

The price that He paid with His blood is the reason why He won't give up on you.

You are God's creation and you are "most precious" in His sight.

If He won't give up on you, why then do you want to give up on Him?

It does not matter how many sins or evil you have done, Jesus blood is powerful enough to wipe it all away once you are willing to make confession, ask forgiveness and make restitution where possible.

You have an invitation to come, and boldly to God's throne of grace and receive His mercy.

Isa 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. NKJV

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. NKJV

God grace is abundant in the place of great sins to save the sinner. This is why Jesus died, to save sinners.

All that He requires from you is to TRUST Him because when He holds out His hands welcoming the repentant sinner.

Heaven is waiting to rejoice over you as you return back to your beloved heavenly father in repentance.

Luke 15:7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance. NKJV

Apostle Paul called himself a chief sinner and Jesus forgave him, you too a sinner can be forgiven if you are willing to receive pardon and forgiveness, so come and ask now, Jesus is waiting for you.

1 Tim 1:15-16 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. 16 Howeyer, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. NKJV

PRAYER: Father, thank you for not giving up on me because of my Grace in Christ Jesus. Amen.

TOPIC: BEHOLD YOUR REDEEMER

BIBLE TEXT: ISAIAH 43:1; Gal. 3:13

GOLDEN VERSE: 'But now, this is what the Lord says-He who created you, Jacob, He who formed you, Israel: "Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine" - Isaiah 43:1.

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 5-8

EXPOSITORY
To redeem is to pay a ransom price to set a slave free.

God is Our Redeemer. He redeemed Israel from slavery in Egypt.

Christ Chr came to redeem man from slavery of sin, Satan and eternal death.

He died on the cross, was buried and rose after three days, paying the ransom price for humanity's freedom.

Isa 49:26 I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob." NIV

Man fell at the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve rebellion against God. God promised a Redemmer (Gen 3: 15).

Consequently, Jesus Christ came to redeem man from the curse of the law, sickness and eternal death.

Gal 3:13-14 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." 14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. NIV

To enter into the redemption place you have to acknowledge your need for a Saviour and receive God's forgiveness and pardon to become a child of God.

The blood of the Lamb, Jesus takes away the sins of the whole world. (Jn 1: 29).

You chose to be redeemed from slave by accepting Christ finished works on Calvary tree.

Christ redemption brings you into the righteousness of God as a free gift to reign in life and freedom from sin and Satan.

Zaccheaus accepted Christ invitation and repented to be saved for he was also a son of Abraham.(Lk 19: 10).

Christ came to save sinners and give abundant life, have you received this life?
Today is your day of salvation. (Jn 3: 16; Jn 10: 10b).

In as much as you accept and believe in Jesus Christ, God now knows your name, calls you by a new name and adopts you as a joint heir with Christ.

God's love for you is so great that He provided a way to redeem you from the penalty of sin.

Like Job, you too can say your Redeemer lives; Job 19:25 I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. NIV

Because you are redeemed by Christ blood, you become a child of God, saved from wickedness, purified and ready to do good work (Titus 2:14).

PRAYER: Dear God, today by Your mercy, I know I am the redeemed of the Lord through the sacrifice of your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank you Father, Amen.

"DAILY IN HIS PRESENCE"

DATE: MONDAY AUGUST 24TH, 2026

TOPIC: ALL THINGS WERE MADE FOR HIM

BIBLE TEXT: COLOSSIANS 1: 16 -17

GOLDEN VERSE: 'For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities: all things have been created through him and for him" - Col. 1:16.

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 1-4

EXPOSITORY
Rev 4:11 "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created." NKJV.

Someone said, when the purpose of a thing is unknown, abuse is inevitable. 'Have you ever stopped to think about the purpose of your life?

Why were you created?

Some years after I started to walk with God, I suddenly started to have a feeling of lack of identity in Christ.

I felt that because things were not going according to the way I wanted, then it must mean that God did not love me like He did others, so I told myself that it was better to take my destiny into my hands and do whatsoever made me feel good.

The more I tried that, the more debts and pain I incurred, until God helped me again.

God made you for His own purpose, agenda and glory.

Isa 45:1-2 "Thus says the LORD to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held - To subdue nations before him And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be shut: 2 'I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron. NKJV

Every human being has an assignment from God, why he was made and God controls all.

Cyrus was a gentile king but God used him as He willed, to subdue nations and bless His people.

You can not live outside the will and plans and purposes of God, for you were made by Him and for Him.

Apostle Paul tried to live outside God's will but had to surrender when the risen Saviour encountered him on his way to Damascus persecuting God's people.

God had called him from birth to be His own, a witness and minister of the gospel.

Gal 1:15-16 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, 16 to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, NKJV

Perhaps, you have experienced a loss of identity in Christ, whom God called you to be, your assignment, your purpose; God wants to redirect your course back to Himself if you will surrender unto Him.

When you lack the understanding for your real purpose in life, you live to yourself as Me, Mine and I.

All your talents, skills, and passions were given to you to serve God and bring glory to His Name.

Let God work in you to do His will for His pleasure (Phil 2: 13) as you align your life with His purposes.

PRAYER: Dear God, please realign my life to fit into Your perfect plans, pleasure and purpose in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

BIBLE TEXT: GENESIS 1: 1-2

GOLDEN VERSE: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth". Gen. 1:1.

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Lamentations 3-5

EXPOSITORY
God is the Creator and non else beside Him.

Isa 45:7, 121 form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity; I, the LORD, do all all these things. 12 12 I have made the earth, And created man on it. 1-My hands-stretched out the heavens, And all their host I have commanded. NKJV

How do you feel when you wake up in the morning and can enjoy the breath of air, and the ambience of wherever you are?

I feel great waking up in the morning to see each new day as another opportunity given to me to experience the richness of God and the benevolences of the beautiful nature bestowed on mankind.

Waking up has become a fresh realization and appreciation of the creative power of God.

Looking at the beautiful flowers, the birds and even the people reveals the creative depth of God.

The creation account in Genesis 1 gives you a glimpse of the magnificence of God's power, especially since no man was there when He exercised His creative tendency, but it is clear that God spoke the universe into existence, and everything that exists now is because of Him.

God's creative work was deliberate and orderly, with each day bringing forth a new aspect of His handiwork, and so He has full control over all creation, whether
man, animals or insects. How does the thought of God's creative power make you feel?

I believe that this truth should encourage you to trust Him in every area of your life, knowing that He is the one who created all things and so, He has the power to sustain them.

Infact, Hebrews 1:3 tells us that God upholds the world by His hands-
Halleluyah!

You have been wonderfully made and crafted by God, with no defect. He made the blind and the deaf as it pleased Him.

Ex 4:11 So the LORD said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the LORD? NKJV

Take a moment to consider the depth of God's creative ability and appreciate God for His awesomeness.

Take note that you are not a self- made individual but are beneficiary of God's Grace and creative power, so celebrate the creative ability of God, and rejoice and give Him thanks and praise for making you who you are, man, woman, black or white, short or tall. Celebrate God for your life.

He did not make you a stone or tree or ant or a lion. Praise God and bless His name.

PRAYER: Dear God, thank You for Your creative power which You over Your world. Help me to recognize Your authority over all creation and give you the honor and glory that You deserve in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

TOPIC: GOD IS SUPREME

BIBLE TEXT: PSALM 115 : 3

GOLDEN VERSE: "Our God is in heaven; He does whatever pleases him" Psalm 115:3.

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Lamentations 1-2

EXPOSITORY
To be supreme means one has the greatest status, authority and power; it is the position of highest excellence.

God is the Highest, Greatest, All - Powerful and Excellent Majesty and nothing can be compared to Him.

He does as He warits for He has the Final and Last say on all matters in Heaven and Earth.

God is the one who can make rain fall, grass to grow, man to live or die, promote or debase anyone. King Nebuchadnezzar came to this realization after God humbled him.

Dan 4:35 All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of the earth.
No one can restrain His hand Or say to Him, "What have You done?" NKJV

You cannot complain against God or whatever situation you find yourself.

Job complained that God had wronged him allowing his suffering despite been a just man.

Job 19:6-10 Know then that God has wronged me, And has surrounded me with His net.
7"If I cry out concerning wrong, I am not heard. If I cry aloud, there is no justice.
8 He has fenced up my way, so that I cannot pass; And He has set darkness in my paths.
9 He has stripped me of my glory, And taken the crown from my head.
10 He breaks me down on every side, And I am gone; My hope He has uprooted like a tree. NKJV

God in response asked Job to answer some hard questions of who laid the earth foundations, Job 38:1, 4-6 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: 4 "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. 5 Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? 6 To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, NKJV

Of course, Job had no answers.

No one can challenge the Majesty and Supremacy of God whatever your situation or challenges.

It is comforting to know that we serve a God who is always in control, no matter what the circumstances may be.

God's sovereignty means that He is the supreme ruler of the universe.

He has absolute authority and control over everything that happens and that He is always in charge, and nothing happens outside of His plan and purpose.

God's sovereignty also means that He has a plan for your life.

He knows what is best for you according to His purpose.

You need to trust in His sovereignty and have the confidence that He will lead you in the right direction and guide you through all of life's challenges.

So rely on God to work all things together for your good, even in the midst of your mistakes and failures.

In anyway you have challenged God's supremacy, repent and surrender to His will.

PRAYER: Father, I repent of questioning Your supremacy over my life. Do with me as You will to the glory and praise of Your name in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

"DAILY IN HIS PRESENCE"

TOPIC: GOD IS GRACIOUS

BIBLE TEXT: PSALM 145: 8

GOLDEN VERSE: "The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love" - Psalm 145:8

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Jeremiah 51-52

EXPOSITORY
To be gracious is to be characterized with generosity, kindness and favour.

God in His graciousness always show compassion and forgiveness to all His creature.

The Christian enjoys God's graciousness by not experiencing God's anger but receives mercy, forgiveness and even blessings instead.

The high priest was to bless the children of Israel pronouncing God's graciousness upon them.

Num 6:25 the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; NIV

God's Grace means that the believer in Christ Jesus don't have to earn God's love, but that he has received it freely, regardless of his past mistakes or shortcomings.

In fact, it is because of man's imperfections that God's grace is needed in the first place.

Sin made man fall from glory to shame.

Romans 3:23-24, tells us that "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by His Grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus".

God's Grace is not only something you receive and enjoy alone, but it is something that you are obliged to extend to others.

Once you have understood and appreciated how much God has forgiven you, it should make it easier for you to forgive others and show them the same kind of grace that you have received.

In Ephesians 4:32, the scripture says "be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you".

God's Grace is a beautiful expression of His love for us.

It is a gift that you have received freely, and you don't need any work to earn it.

When Joseph saw his younger brother Benjamin he pronounced a blessing of God's graciousness upon him.

Gen 43:29 As he looked about and saw his brother Benjamin, his own mother's son, he asked, "Is this your youngest brother, the one you told me about?" And he said, "God be gracious to you, my son." NIV

Because you have received God's graciousness, you too is obliged to show generosity, kindness and favour to others.

David the king showed kindness and generosity to Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan for their friendship covenant. (2 Sam 9: 1, 3).

As you go about your day, look out for someone to show him kindness, generosity and favour in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

PRAYER: Dear God, thank You for Your amazing Grace. Thank You for my salvation and sins forgiven. Help me to extend that same grace to others and to show compassion and kindness to someone You have prepared for me in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

"DAILY IN HIS PRESENCE"

TOPIC: HOLINESS BRINGS YOU INTO HIS GLORY

BIBLE TEXT: ISAIAH 6:3

GOLDEN VERSE: "And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory" - Isaiah 6:3

BIBLE READING IN ONE YEAR: Jeremiah 50

EXPOSITORY
Isaiah experience the holiness of God and His glory.

Holiness is to be without sin, to be clean and pure in heart.

God is holy and He commands you to be holy.

1 Peter 1:15-16 but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy." NKJV

Holiness is not merely a religious requirement but an invitation into the very presence of God.

Isaiah 6:3 says, "And one called to another and said: 'Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!"

This verse highlights the connection between holiness and the glory of God.

The word "holy" means set apart or consecrated.

God is holy, and His holiness is the very essence of His being.

To pursue holiness means to take action to aligning ourselves with God's nature and character. The more we become like Him, the more we reflect His glory.

In 2 Corinthians 3:18, Paul writes, "And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit."

However, pursuing holiness requires a discipline, self-control life, and a willingness to surrender your desires and preferences to God's will.

If you have made up your mind to live a holy life, then be ready to experience God's glory presence.

Your holiness also brings you into God's blessings and salvation.

Ps 24:3-5 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? 4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation. NKJV

Holiness is not an option for you.

It is a crucial component in your relationship with God. When you pursue holiness, you are not only pleasing God, but you are positioning yourself to see Him face to face.

If you want to see God after your life time here on earth, then you must be holy.

Heb 12:14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: NKJV

Your Christian walk must be on the way of holiness, where no sin is allowed, not unclean is allowed.

Isa 35:8 A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.

The unclean shall not pass over it.

PRAYER: Father God, help me to pursue a holy living because I want to see you in glory in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
