*Happy New Month, and welcome to August—our Month of Total Deliverance and Recovery.*
*"But upon Mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions." Obadiah 1:17*
I give all glory to God for His faithfulness, mercy, and unfailing love that have sustained us through the months gone by. As we step into this new month, I pray that every good thing you have lost through delay, discouragement, or spiritual battles shall be restored by the power of God.
May every chain limiting your destiny be broken, and may the Lord grant us victory on every side.
For us the Executives this month carries a special meaning as it marks the conclusion of our tenure in this great Fellowship. Looking back, we are grateful for God's grace, your prayers, support, sacrifices, and commitment to the growth of FCS. Serving alongside you has been a great privilege and one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
As we prepare for the transition of leadership, I encourage every member to remain steadfast in Christ, uphold the vision of the Fellowship, support the incoming executives, and continue to labour faithfully for the advancement of God's kingdom. Leadership may change, but our mission remains the same, *to know Christ and make Him known.*
May this August bring divine recovery where there has been loss, joy where there has been sorrow, open doors where there have been closed opportunities, and testimonies that will glorify the name of Jesus.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve.
We deeply appreciate every member, alumnus, and friend of the Fellowship for being part of this journey. I believe the best days of FCS, Ahmadu Bello University Campus, Kabba, are still ahead.
May the Lord bless you, keep you, and cause His face to shine upon you throughout this month and beyond.

LIGHT is a pathway which people follow in the right direction

* The word of God is the light in our life

CHARACTERISTICS OF LIGHT

1. Takes away fear
2. Brings peace, joy, freedom
3. Shine
4. Brightness
5. Gives direction

* Your light can be a source of evangelism to others
* Your light can be a problem solver for people
* When there is a definition of light in your life, every other attitude of your life should shine

BENEFITS OF LIGHT

1. When light comes, situations change.
2. You get the right direction when light comes, even though you are in the wrong room.

* What you need to get to the right direction is light, and that light is the light of God.

May your light shine forth for the rest of the days of the week 🙏

Be careful who lays hands on you and who prays over you. Not everyone praying is from God. Some warlocks and witches fast too. Stay armored up with the full armor of God. This is spiritual warfare. Commit to fasting. Commit to prayer. Stay in your Bible. Stay discerning. Stay led. Stay covered. Stay discerning. Stay led by the Holy Spirit.

Pray every day, not just when life is falling apart. Don’t let prayer become your last resort. Make it your first response.

Talk to God in your victories, your struggles, your doubts, and the ordinary moments in between.

A healthy relationship with God is built through daily communion, not occasional conversations.
