This Easter feels different… and we know many people can feel it.

The tension, the questions, the emotions we can’t always explain — it’s not something you just ignore and “move on” from.

So instead of pretending everything is normal, we’re choosing to pause and have a real conversation.🔥

What Is Resurrection in a Broken City?

An honest conversation on life, loss, fear, and hope.

At KCP, we do things a little differently.

We’re not big on noise or public livestreams…We love and practice a kind of intentional obscurity — real people, real conversations, real moments.

So this won’t be broadcast publicly.

We’ll be meeting on Zoom tomorrow Easter Sunday 5th April by 8:00 am — where people can actually engage, think, and be part of something meaningful.

If this resonates with you…Just type “Link” in the comments or send a DM, and we’ll send you the Zoom access as DM.

No pressure.
No perfect answers.
Just a safe space to pause, reflect, and maybe see things differently.

Come as you are.
Let’s think together.

Today, Jos holds both sorrow and remembrance.

We grieve lives lost, families shattered, and a community once again confronted with the weight of violence. This grief is real, and it must not be rushed past or silenced. To mourn is not weakness—it is a recognition of human dignity.

Yet today is also Good Friday—a moment that reminds us that suffering, injustice, and death are not unfamiliar to the human story. The cross stands as a witness that even in humanity’s darkest expressions, love does not retreat, and sacrifice is not meaningless.

This is not a call to ignore pain, nor to offer easy comfort. It is an invitation to remain human in the face of what seeks to diminish our humanity—to choose responsibility over revenge, presence over indifference, and conscience over chaos.

As a people and as a city, the question before us is not only what has happened, but who we will become in response.

May we hold one another more closely.
May we refuse the erosion of our shared dignity.
And may hope, however quiet, remain alive among us.

Yesterday, Patris Week opened with dignity, gratitude, and renewed conviction.

In a ceremony marked by reflection and vision, we gathered not only to celebrate how far we have come, but to clarify, more sharply than ever, who we are becoming.

At the Opening Ceremony, the President of Patris Empowerment Initiative, Oladotun Reju, led us into a defining moment: the unveiling of a new Patris logo and a renewed institutional identity.

This is not a change of vision. It is a refinement of expression.

From the beginning, Patris stood for fathering, mentoring, and modeling patriotism. Our first logo captured that pioneering season, a singular figure nurturing others, firmly rooted in the map of Nigeria.

But seasons change, and growth demands clarity.

As Dr Reju explained, Patris is no longer the expression of one voice. It has become a body of many members. What began as a stream has become a movement. What began as a singular figure mentoring children has matured into a network of leaders, institutions, and initiatives working in convergence.

The new logo reflects that maturity.

It retains the map of Nigeria because our commitment to this nation remains unwavering.
It bears the colour of royalty because we are committed to raising leaders who exist for the good of others.
It carries gold, symbolic of divine purpose.
It lifts hands, not merely in worship, but in responsibility.

In a world shaped by images, identity matters. As our President reminded us, a logo is like a signature; it is the handwriting of an institution. Yesterday, we unveiled a signature that tells our story with greater clarity and depth.

This moment also reflects something fundamental about Patris. We are not afraid to examine ourselves. We subject our work to scrutiny, ask difficult questions, and refine our expression where necessary, not to impress, but to remain aligned with purpose.

We were honoured by the presence of partners, friends, and board members, distinguished leaders joining us from different sectors and different parts of the world. While our heart is rooted in Nigeria, our collaborations carry a global perspective.

Patris Week 2026 has begun with more than celebration. It has begun with clarity.

We are glad to unveil the new identity of Patris. The vision remains. The mandate stands. The expression is sharper, and the journey continues.

3 Days To Go

Just 3 days remain until PATRIS Week 2026 begins!

Today, we spotlight one of the powerful expressions of the week — Advocacy.

At PATRIS, advocacy is not just about speaking up; it is about standing up for what is right, shaping conversations that matter, and inspiring citizens who are informed, responsible, and actively engaged in nation-building.

In 3 days, we gather voices that will challenge, enlighten, and move us toward purposeful action. Because real transformation begins when people refuse to be silent about what makes life more worth living.

The momentum is building. The movement is alive.

March 2–8; it's PATRIS Week, and the voice of purpose rises.

Happy Birthday, Pst Dot!
🎈🥂🍷🍾🎂 🌹🎵

Today, we celebrate God’s priceless gift to us; a father, teacher, and leader whose life consistently points men back to Christ and to their true identity in Him. Across nations and generations, your influence continues to travel far beyond the visible, quietly shaping lives and awakening purpose in countless hearts.

Your obedience to God’s call has become a trusted pathway through which many have discovered discipline, clarity, and deep Kingdom consciousness. With rare wisdom and piercing accuracy, you have shown us that truth is not for applause but for transformation.

You are a unique vessel; one who has consistently chosen the depth of impact over the noise of popularity, the precision of truth over the pursuit of fame. Your love for God is evident, not merely in words, but in a life of consecration, consistency, and unwavering devotion. In an age that celebrates visibility, your preference for obscurity while maintaining spiritual accuracy remains both instructive and deeply admirable.

Through your leadership, you are raising men and women who embody Kingdom principles and manifest God’s nature in every sphere of life. Thank you for teaching us that the Kingdom is not merely a message to be preached, but a life to be lived, in righteousness, service, and dominion.

On this special day, we pray that the Lord renews your strength, enlarge your capacity, and crown your year with uncommon grace. May your wisdom deepen, your voice carry further across the nations, and your joy overflow as you continue to advance God’s agenda on the earth.

We honour you. We celebrate you. We thank God deeply for your life.

Happy Birthday, Sir!

Your sons and daughters at KCP celebrate you wholeheartedly.

Wisdom is with the aged, and understanding in length of days.

Today, at The Kingdom Citizens’ Pavilion, we give thanks to God for a life poured out in faith, service, and quiet strength.

Happy 60th Birthday to our dear Aunty, a mother to many and a steady pillar among us. Your unwavering faith, dignity, and pursuit of Kingdom values have shaped lives and brought stability to our community. Through every season, your presence has been a calm anchor, nurturing, guiding, and covering with wisdom and love.

In steadfast companionship and counsel, you have strengthened the vision entrusted to your home, and through it, the work of the Kingdom among us. Your support, often unseen, has been deeply felt.

As you step into this new decade, may your days be crowned with peace, joy, divine health, and renewed strength. May the seeds you have sown return to you in abundance, and may your latter years be even more glorious.

Happy 60th Birthday, Ma. We celebrate you from the very depths of our hearts. 🌸

Christmas is the courage of God.

It is God leaving His world to enter ours—
not to blend in, but to stand apart.

When Jesus was born, another Lord was already ruling.
To say “Jesus is Lord” was not devotion—it was treason.

Christmas is the reminder that following Jesus has always meant
swimming against the tide,
questioning cultural assumptions,
and living under a Kingdom that confronts all other kingdoms.

This is not a season of comfort,
but of formation.

May this Christmas call us again—not to religious activity—
but to discipleship.

To live under His Lordship,
to embody His Kingdom,
and to become the human access points through which God transforms the world.

Grace and peace this Christmas.
