CLIMATE YES NAMIBIA DONATES FRUIT TREES TO ASF

Yesterday 1 October 2026, Climate YES Namibia proudly donated eight (8) fruit trees to the Anglican Student Federation (ASF) in Windhoek.

This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship, climate justice, food security, and caring for God's creation.

Through this donation, we hope to inspire young people to take meaningful action towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Genesis 2:15 God calls us to care for His creation.

🌱 Eight trees today, a greener tomorrow!

Happy Independence Day to Climate Yes Nigeria! 🇳🇬💚

Today as Nigeria celebrates 66 years of freedom, we at Climate Yes Nigeria also celebrate our commitment to a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable Nigeria.

Independence is not just about freedom from colonial rule — it is about freedom from pollution, freedom from flooding, freedom from plastic waste, and freedom from a degraded environment.

As we raise our flag today, let us raise our voices for the climate:
For a Nigeria where our trees stay, our waters stay clean, our air is fresh, and our future is secured.

Together, we are building the Nigeria we want —
A climate-resilient Nigeria.
A climate-smart Nigeria.
A climate-just Nigeria.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!
Happy Independence Celebration to all Climate Champions!

From all of us at Climate Yes Nigeria,
We say YES to a Green Nigeria, YES to Climate Action, YES to a Better Future!

26 September 2026 Climate YES Namibia showed up for our environment! 🌍💚

Climate YES Namibia partnered with EcoGreen Club - Befree Youth Campus, Wakapinya Environmental Education , and the National Youth Chamber of Environment for a clean-up drive around Befree Youth Campus in Katutura.

We believe that a clean environment leads to a healthy environment, and a healthy environment leads to a healthy nation.

To all Namibians: Let’s keep our communities clean. The change starts with us."

HAPPY 4th ANNIVERSARY TO CLIMATE YES BOTSWANA
In the spirit of Climate Yes 4th Anniversary, we’re still celebrating the incredible people who continue to make climate action a movement.

Today, we shine the spotlight on Belthia - Climate Youth Ecumenical Summit Botswana whose passion, commitment, and contribution continue to inspire action for a more just and sustainable future.

From raising awareness to empowering communities and championing climate solutions, every voice and every action counts. ✊🏽

Here’s to 4 years of Climate Yes and to the people making the YES louder! 🎉

18/09/2026

On 18th September 2026, Climate YES Zambia held a Church Leaders and Partner Churches Engagement at St Peter’s Anglican Church Hall as part of the Communities for Change Project. The engagement brought together church leaders and partner churches to introduce the project, strengthen ecumenical collaboration, and promote climate action and environmental stewardship.

16/09/2026

Four years ago, began with a vision of bringing young Christians together to engage, learn, connect and take action for climate justice through the lens of faith, community and shared responsibility for our planet.

Four years later, that vision continues to grow through young people, country hubs, partners, advisors, volunteers and communities who continue to say YES to climate action.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are taking a moment to look back at where the journey began, remember the people who were part of those early days and celebrate the many voices that have helped shape Climate YES into the movement it is today.

From the first steps to new hubs, new connections, new ideas and continued action every person has contributed to this story.

Today, we are hearing from some of the people who have been part of the Climate YES journey from its early days.

Here’s what Rev: Aurelio Uqueio Climate YES Mozambique Advisor, has to say,

And this is only the beginning.

Happy 4th Anniversary, Climate YES! 🎉 👏
