A HEART OF SERVICE

Some served from the pulpit, some through leadership, and some through the kitchen, but every act of service mattered.

We deeply appreciate the wonderful women who worked tirelessly to ensure that meals were prepared and served on time, always with smiles, warmth, and gladness.

Thank you for your selfless commitment and for reminding us that true leadership is also expressed through humble service.

We honour you, we appreciate you, and we pray that God rewards your labour abundantly.

DEPARTURE — SENT FORTH TO LEAD

The retreat may have come to an end, but the assignment continues. As we departed, we carried more than memories—we carried fresh convictions, renewed strength, deeper fellowship, and a greater burden for the Kingdom.

We came together to learn, grow, pray, and be equipped. Now, we return to our various campuses and places of influence, ready to lead with wisdom, serve with humility, and represent Christ boldly.

The retreat is over. The mission continues. We are sent forth!

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING | PART 2 || VOICES, IDEAS & DELIBERATIONS

Every voice matters when the goal is greater impact.

The Annual General Meeting provided an avenue for leaders to share ideas, evaluate progress, address key issues, and contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the fellowship.

Leadership is not just about making decisions—it is about listening, learning, and building together.

MESSAGE SESSION WITH PASTOR ERNEST GEORGE

The atmosphere was charged as **Pastor Ernest George** brought a timely and powerful message to the leaders at the FCS POSEC Leadership Retreat.

Leadership in God's kingdom is more than occupying a position—it is about carrying a burden, setting an example, and influencing others for Christ.

“Leaders must first be transformed before they can effectively transform others.”
