Lord we thank you for Grace, for infinite mercy, for your utmost protection, guidance and support.
For the Precious love you have for us, and favour that surrounds us.
We thank you for all we've achieved this year, for our answered prayers.
We appreciate you for mercy that never fails.
And we thank you for our journey all round.
We pray Oh Lord that you continue to uphold us, guide us through the year, and give us reasons to give more thanks.
Thank you our Saviour.
In Jesus name we pray.

The Gift of Jesus: The Significance of His Birth and why He came to us.
Lesson 5: Our Ultimate Shepherd

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Psalm 23:1
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.


Jon 10:14-15 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Heb 13:20

A shepherd is someone who cares for, leads, protects, and provides for sheep.
Sheep depend completely on the shepherd for survival and just as sheep are helpless without guidance, we are lost without Christ.
Without a shepherd, sheep wander, fall into danger, and suffer harm.

As Sheeps we need Our Shepherd's guidance and care.

Jesus Our Shepherd John 10:11, Psalm 23:1

- Guides us when we are confused
- Protects us from harm
- Provides for our needs
- Restores us when we are broken
- Searches for us when we stray

When we Follow Jesus the Ultimate Shepherd John 10:27

We are not lost, we are not alone, we are protected and we walk and live with direction and guidance.
Jesus Leadership brings Peace, Purpose and Safety.

Are you following Jesus the Ultimate Shepherd?
Do you listen to him?
Do you seek Guidance from him?

Answer these questions in your mind, pause and reflect.

Say a Short Prayer
"Lord lead me to trust your guidance and follow your example"
