Green pasture end of year evaluation form.2016
As we count down to the end of 2016 I will like us to take stock of the year. So as to know where and how we got it right and wrong. Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children... Take a breath and ask yourself the following questions sincerely.
TIME:
How much of my time went to GOd?
How much of my time was spent in church?
How much of my time did i spend in prayers?
How much of my time did i spend in studying of His word?
For analysis in case you forgot
How many hours in a Day {24hours}
How many hours in a week {24hours x 7days = 168hours}
How many hours in a month {168hours x 4weeks = 672hours }
How many hours in a year {672hours x 12months =8064hours}
SERVICE:
What was my service contribution to the church?
Did i ever serve?
Did i enlarge the kingdom of God?
What did i achieve for God this year?
How many souls did I win for CHRIST?
Did I really confess Him before my friends?
GIVING:
What was my biggest offering this year?
How much of my money went into God’s work?
Did i Tithe this year at all?
Was my Tithing Faithful?
Did I sow into my pastor/pastors this year?
Am I going into the new year with outstanding Vows?
Can I sincerely call myself a giver?
How many poor people did I empower this year?
How many orphans did I help with either school fees or medical bill?
How much of a financial blessing was I to someone church member or relative?
Fellowship.
Did i attend service this year like I should?
How many Sunday services did I miss or rather how many Sunday service did I attend?
Did I attend twelve straight Sunday services?
How many mid-week services did i attend?
Did I ever go for my cell meetings?
FAMILY:
How much of my time did i spend with my family?
Was I a better father/mother this year?
Was I a better spouse to my partner? Did I improve on my relationship with my spouse?
How many family outdoor event did i organize
SELF:
Did i upgrade myself this year?
How many Seminars, Retreats or Training did i attend?
Am i better than last year?
What and what did I achieve for myself?
Are there things i would have done differently if given the chance again?
Whats my worst mistake of the year?
How will you rate yourself based on your performance for the year?
A. Excellent
B. Good
C. Fair
D. Poor
E. Bad
2. Do you think you qualify for a promotion before God?
