CACYOF anniversary of Oke Igbala was a great encounter. God's vessel Charged us Powerfully.
Topic: Young and Rooted in the Word.
Text: Colossians 2:6-7.
Highlights;
*Youthful age is a time to plan,sow and plant.
*Many Youths pursues what is visible, but God wants us to focus what is hidden.

As you have therefore received Christ...V 6,
*Failing to walk in Christ but trying to bear fruit is a big error.

Rooted;
*Root is the foundation of every tree 🌴
*Root and water is transported to the tree through the root.
*Root makes tree stable.
*Root makes tree grow and produce fruits.
Root can be tap or fibrous .

Youths in the house; did you have root?
If yes?, what type?
Can your root stand in this challenging period?

Symptoms of unrooted Youths includes;
* Falling repeatedly into a particular sin.
*Running after gifts than the gifts giver.
*No Bible study.

How can a youth has root? V6

* Accept Jesus Christ and walk with Him daily. Matt. 4:4
*By reading and meditating in God's word daily. Ps. 1:2-3
*Obey the words of God.
*Prayer is essential Lk 18:1
*Never forsake the gathering of brethren.
etc.
Conclusion
Apostolic Youth; to be well rooted in the Words of God is the key to live uncompromisingly in this Changing world.
