This is to formally convey the declaratory judgment of the High Court of Justice, Ilesa to learned individuals to read, understand and be informed.

The Ajalaye of Ipetu Ijesa, Ọba Samson Adeleke Oke, Agunbiade III, the Ajalaye-in-Council, and the entire community of Ipetu Ijesa are respectfully urged to take note and caution those attempting to disrupt the Chief Imam and the congregation of the Central Mosque, and to refrain from obstructing the ongoing developmental and renovation works at the mosque.

It has come to our attention that the same individuals who have appealed the judgment at the Court of Appeal, Akure, are now inciting unrest and attempting to disturb the peace currently enjoyed in Ipetu Ijesa. Anyone who knows them is advised to counsel them appropriately, as their actions may amount to 'contempt of the court' and could lead to serious consequences.

We also appeal that the Ajalaye in council remain neutral in this matter. Our community values peace, and we must all work together to preserve harmony and avoid actions that could escalate tensions.

The new market is located at Ilesa - Akure Express way, Ìpetu Ìjèsà, Osun State.

This is another huge success and development for our beloved town, may Allah make it a beneficial one.
