TEN COMMANDMENT OF MARRIAGE TO MEN
1. Don't have another woman apart from your wife
2. Thou should not speak evil about your wife to your family.
3. Remember the labour of your wife when you were poor. So when you are rich honour her.
4. Don't compare your wife to any woman. Even your Mother.
5. 6 days maximum shall thee work 1 day shall be a Sabbath day for your wife.
6. Honour your father and mother In-law so that their daughter will not return to them
7. Do not insult your wife in public so that people will not know your foolishness.
8. Forgive your wife 70x7 in 1 day.
9. Thou shall make your wife happy at all times. Always ask her: Are you happy ?
10. Thou shall not say to your wife; leave my house. No matter what. because you are the one that should leave. Yes, She owns the House.

Twelve Characteristics of a Wife Material

1. She is physically attractive to you. As in, she is your spec
2. She shares the same faith as you. Marriage outside your religion proves you do not believe your beliefs
3. Gives you love, not romance
4. She does not need you for finance or anything else. She is with you because she wants you
5. You can argue with her without the argument becoming a fight
6. She has high relevance and is not high maintenance
7. She has her own independent, legal and provable source of income
8. Her relationship does not break when you are broke
9. Her human hair weave-on is not her most expensive asset
10. She encourages you to save instead of taking her out to eat all the time
11. She is not insecure and does not check your phone. If she has issues, she confronts you directly
12. She knows how to pray, play, slay and stay

If she has these features, then consider making her your future.

And if you are a woman, you should know these ten things about him:

1. His HIV status
2. How much he earns
3. How he reacts when angry
4. How he acts when hurt
5. His religious convictions (you will be surprised)
6. Whether he has the capacity to forgive
7. His attitude to polygamy
8. His expectations from and of in-laws
9. Whether he has children from previous relationships (you will be surprised)
10. If he is the first born, would his siblings move in with you and him

If you don't know the answers to these, you neither know him nor are ready for marriage to him.

THIS IS HOW TO BUILD A CHRISTIAN HOME FOR GOD….

It took a woman to lose the world to Satan - Eve.

To undo that damage, and reclaim the world from Satan, God needed another woman - Mary.

Both cases show the level of tremendous power and resources that are inherent in WOMANHOOD.

The power to create.

The power to destroy.

The deployment of that power depends on WHOM the woman listens to. WHOM she submits to – God or Satan.

Eve wanted SOMETHING APART FROM GOD. So, she listened to Satan’s bogus promises, culminating in this, “… your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God….” (Gen 3:5)

On the other hand, Mary wanted NOTHING APART FROM GOD. So, she submitted to God, “… let it be to me according to your word….” (Luke 1:38)

Please think about that difference for a second….

One attitude ‘killed’ the world.

One attitude ‘saved’ the world.

Who says women do not have power?!

In all these, the job of the man is to LOVINGLY lead the woman to become all that God ordained her to be.

The keyword is LOVE.

Love requires wisdom. Lots and lots of wisdom!

Sadly, MOST men lack this wisdom. The wisdom to ‘conquer’ – not through strength. But through wisdom.

Through weakness. Through THE CROSS.

No wonder the Bible instructs husbands to live with their wives according to knowledge/understanding (1 Pet 3:7).

To live with a woman in the way the Bible prescribes, a man needs the wisdom of God.

For God ALONE understands the mystery that He packaged in a woman.

THE MYSTERY that turns a tiny s***m into a baby.

THE MYSTERY that turns a house into a home. (Think about this: the wife is indeed the WEAKER vessel, yet God designates her as the BUILDER of the home - Prov 14:1, Ruth 4:11).

To understand a mystery, wisdom is required.

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally…. (James 1:5)

Today, MOST men are too proud to bow before God in humility and ask for the wisdom to lead their homes for Him!

*Three Spiritual Marriages*

In Romans 7 Paul speaks about the person who has a desire for victory over sin and to live a holy life but who misunderstands how to live it. The Holy Spirit uses the picture of marriage here (verse 4). When we were unconverted, we were married to the old man. After conversion, instead of being married to Christ, we make the mistake of marrying the Law. Every believer makes this mistake when seeking for victory over sin. He first tries to get victory over sin in his own strength - this is being married to the Law. In Chapters 6 and 7, we see these three spiritual "marriages" - first to the old man, then to the Law and finally to Christ.

The old man can be likened to a wicked husband who beats his wife, turns her into a pr******te and destroys her life and her happiness. This battered wife longs to be free of this wicked husband. One day her husband - the old man is dead. She is born again! Now she is free to marry again. But instead of marrying Christ she makes the mistake of marrying someone who looks like Christ - the Law.

The Law is perfect, and so it is easy to mistake the Law for Christ, because it demands perfect righteousness. The Law is not like the old man. He doesn't hammer his wife or beat her or trouble her in any way. But he demands perfection. You must wake up promptly at 6 o'clock in the morning. You must have breakfast ready on the table by 8 o'clock. It must not be 8:01, but exactly 8 o'clock. That is perfection. Every part of the house must be absolutely tidy and clean. The shoes must always be kept in the proper place, the clothes must be washed perfectly without any stain, and ironed perfectly too. The Law never asks you to do anything evil. But how many young sisters would like to marry a good man like this who demands such perfection in every area?
