"من الناس من يريد إحسانا إلى الغير من غير وجهه المقصود شرعا ولا عادة ولا عرفا، ويرجع عقيب إحسانه ملوما مذموما لدى من أحسن إليه والناس، ويعيرونه الناس مع إحسانه إليهم ويحتقره المجتمع وهو مريد للخير، ويسمونه اسماء منفرة لديهم. فما هو السبب؟"

توضيحات مختصرة:
هذه العبارة تذكرنا بضرورة أن يكون الإحسان إلى الناس بلا انتظار المقابل وبنية صافية من القلب. إن توقع الثناء أو العرفان قد يجلب النقمة والانتقادات، ويمكن أن يؤدي إلى تقليل احترام الناس واعتبارهم لك. السبب وراء ذلك يمكن أن يعود إلى فقدان الصدق وعدم توخي الاخلاص في التصرفات والأفعال، حيث يتعاملون مع الناس بطريقة اصطناعية ولا تنبع من القلب. علينا أن نتذكر دائما أن الإحسان يجب أن يكون صادقا وخالصا دون شوائب أو نوايا سلبية.

Translation:
"Some people seek to do good to others without any ulterior motives, whether religiously, traditionally, or culturally, yet their kindness is sometimes met with blame and criticism from those they helped and society as a whole. They are even reviled by society, despite their genuine intentions for goodness, and are given repelling names by others. What is the reason behind this?"

Brief Explanation:
This statement serves as a reminder that acts of kindness should be done without expecting anything in return and with genuine intentions from the heart. Expecting gratitude or recognition may lead to resentment and criticism, and could diminish others' respect for you. The reason behind this could be a lack of sincerity and lack of genuine intentions in actions and behaviors, where they interact with others in an artificial manner that is not from the heart. We should always remember that kindness should be sincere and pure, without any ulterior motives or negative intentions.

ربُّ طالب علم لا يقدّر منزلة عالم سلفي سني؛ لأنه يظنّ نفسه من كبار العلماء أو يدّعي أنه من الفقهاء البارزين. وبالعكس، يوجد عالم يدّعي أنه سلفي منهجي متبع للسلفيين الصالحين، لكنه على العكس مما يدعي. اللهم اجعلنا من السلفيين الصالحين المحققين، ولا تجعلنا من الخَلَف الذين يظهرون خلاف ما يدّعون.
A student of knowledge who does not appreciate the position of a Sunni Salafi scholar; because he considers himself to be one of the great scholars or claims to be among the prominent jurists. On the contrary, there is a scholar who claims to follow the methodology of the righteous Salafis, but he is the opposite of what he claims. O Allah, make us among the righteous Salafis who truly understand, and do not make us among those who claim something different from what they actually are.

في ظلمات الليل يبتسمون /// وفي القلوب يختبئون
أصدقاء في المظاهر /// وأعداء في العيون
يقولون ما لا يفِصل /// ويدبرون السوء
وفي كل لمسة زائفة /// يكمن في القلب الداء
عندما تنبت شمسك /// يتألم كل حاسد
يصفقون بإحدى أيديهم /// وبالأخرى ينشرون الشائعات
كن حذرًا من الابتسامات /// فليس كل ودٍ ودًا
أعداء يتخفون /// وربما يُجرحون الجسد

In the darkness they smile, but in their hearts they hide,
Friends on the surface, enemies in disguise.
They speak of unity but plot evil schemes,
In every false touch, the disease of envy gleams.
When your light shines bright, the envious ones seethe,
Applauding with one hand, spreading lies with the other's breathe.
Beware of false smiles, not all friendship pure,
Enemies hide in shadows, may wound you for sure.
