*TODAY MARKS 131 YEARS OF SIM/ECWA IN NIGERIA!*

December 4th, 1893, was a pivotal day in history when three young missionaries, Walter Gowans, Thomas Kent, and Roland Bingham, arrived in Sudan to spread the light of Christ. The vision conceived by Margaret Gowans had finally come to fruition.

Over the years, the seeds sown by these pioneers have blossomed, transforming the lives of countless individuals in Nupe, Igbomina, Yagba, Shao, and the Northern parts of Nigeria.

Today, we remember the sacrifices of these heroes who gave their lives to illuminate our world. We celebrate their legacy, which continues to inspire and empower us.

So, let us raise our voices in gratitude and praise! Let us honor the memory of these brave missionaries!
