*SPECIAL MIDWEEK SERVICE*
MINISTERING: *PST MICHAEL OLUSANYA*
MESSAGE: *GETTING SET FOR DIVINE ENCOUNTERS AT SHILOH 2020*
*INTRODUCTION*
Shiloh is not a human gathering but a divine gathering for divine encounters. Shiloh is a mountain upon which God meet with men.
*GETTING SET FOR DIVINE ENCOUNTERS AT SHILOH 2020*
❖ As we all know, every divine visitation requires preparation – Amos. 5:12, 2Ch 27:6. No unprepared man will have an encounter with God. God appear in public but meet with people in the secret - Dan 10:7. Every divine visitation is usually personal.
❖ But sanctification is a core requirement for accessing divine encounters – Exo. 19:10-11.
❖ Scripturally, *sanctification is the will of God for every believer and when we pray according to His will,* He hears and answers us – 1Th. 4:3, 1Jn 5:14-15.
*Where there is no sanctification, there will be no visitation* - 2Ti 2:19-22. Sanctification must be sufficiently in place for visitation to be in place - 2Ch 30:3.
❖ Therefore, everyone of us should purge himself of anything that can disqualify us from taking full delivery of what Shiloh 2020 has in stock – Psa 15:1-5, 1Jn 3:3.;
We Must Also Remember that:
*• Shiloh is a mountain of divine visitation,* but sanctification is a requirement to make the most of any divine visitation – Exo. 19:10-11. There are those who mark register at Shiloh and there are those who mark encounters at Shiloh. What makes the difference is your sanctification and preparations. Therefore, avoid offence because Satan will always organise offenses - Heb 12:14-15.
*• Shiloh is a mountain of answered prayer,* but if we hide iniquity in our heart the Lord will not hear us – 1Sam. 1:19-20, Psa. 66:18, Isa. 59:1-2. When a man is covered in sin, He can not be reached by God. Before you can be heard, iniquities must be taken away. God will not hear those who compromise His standard - Jn 9:31. God has a choice on whom He hears. He can mute your voice even among the congregation. The potency of our prayer is ultimately affected by our stand in righteousness. If your life does not please Him, your voice can not reach Him.
*•Shiloh is a mountain of supernatural breakthroughs,* but the fear of Lord is a requirement for breakthroughs in life – Psa. 33:17-18, Job. 1:1-3. The fear of God is a major requirement for breakthroughs - Psa 112:1-4, Heb 12:28-29. When the fear of God is out of place in your life, you will become a means meat for the enemy. We must be right with God in order to demand rights from God.
*• Shiloh is a place for taking delivery of our inheritance*, but holiness is a requirement for possessing our possessions – Obd. 17, Jos 18:1-3. There must be holiness, before there can be possession - 2Cor 7:1, Act. 20:32. The inheritance belonged to the sanctified - Act 26:18. When you are not sanctified, you are deprived of your inheritance. It is possible to be present in God's presence and not encounter His presence. Testimonies are the only credentials of your encounter with His presence.
*• Shiloh is a mountain of spiritual empowerment,* but we must turn at His reproof before God can pours His Spirit upon us – Pro. 1:23, Luk. 5:38. Only the sanctified can be empowered. God will never put new wine in old wine skin. The corrupt has not part in God's power - Act 8:18-21. It is one thing to ask for a promise and another to be empowered for it. To be empowered is to have command of things - Rom 1:4. When a man is not visited, God is never to be blamed but the man.
• *Shiloh is a platform for the rise of giants*, but all giants of scriptures are men that fear the Lord as in the case of Joseph and Daniel among others –Gen. 42:18, Gen. 41:38-44, Dan. 1:8,21, Dan. 2:16-23,46. Giant in the kingdom doesn't rise without the fear of God. Those who fear God always fare well in life.
The starting point of sanctification is salvation. It takes a man in Christ to live a sanctified life - Heb 2:3.
*you shall not miss your encounter in Shiloh 2020*
