سَأَلْتُ رَبِّي رِزْقًا وَاسِعًا وَكَذَا
فَضْلَهُ بِكَثِيرِ الخير وَالنِّعَمِ

*Why* ?

*People of the past:*
1. *Lived longer* than people of today
2. *Enjoyed better health* than people of today
3. *Had greater mental stability* than people of today
4. *Had a good ending* even after they left this world

_As a case study: Sheikh Kamaldeen Al Adaby_ رحمه الله تعالى
In this video, he said: *"I am now one hundred and ten years old, 110."*
Despite his old age, he still enjoyed good physical health and mental health.

*Lessons:*
1. *Whoever controls his/her diet* — what to eat — will enjoy good physical health.
2. *Whoever controls his/her emotions* will enjoy good mental health.
3. *Whoever gives charity and does good deeds* may be blessed with a long life.
4. *Whoever obeys the rules of Allah, worships Him, and does good deeds* will have a good ending in this life and the Hereafter.

*A little word is enough for the wise.*

A Journey That Changed the Course of History: The Story of the Noble Prophetic Migration (Hijrah) ✨

At this time of year, we commemorate the greatest journey in the history of Islam—a journey that was not merely a relocation from one place to another, but a foundational step for a great nation. It is the migration of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from Mecca to Medina.

📌 The Great Plot
When the Quraysh saw Islam spreading, they gathered at "Dar al-Nadwa" and agreed on a malicious scheme: to select a strong young man from every tribe to strike the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) simultaneously, thereby dispersing the responsibility for his blood among all the tribes. However, Allah thwarted their plans; Gabriel (peace be upon him) descended to inform the Prophet of the plot and grant him permission to migrate.
A Heroic Act: On that night, Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) slept in the Prophet’s bed to deceive the polytheists and return trusts to their rightful owners—an act of sacrifice immortalized in history.

📌 The Departure and the Miracle
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) left his home right before the eyes of the polytheists. He scattered dust upon their heads while reciting: {And We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them and covered them, so they do not see.} Consequently, they did not see him!

📌 In the Cave of Thawr... "Allah Is With Us"
The Prophet, accompanied by his close companion Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), headed to the "Cave of Thawr" to take refuge. The polytheists reached the mouth of the cave, prompting Abu Bakr to say, "If one of them were to look down at his feet, he would see us." The Prophet’s confident and reassuring reply came: "O Abu Bakr, what do you think of two [people] with whom Allah is the third?" 📌 Suraqah bin Malik: From Sheep to Gold

Emir of Ilorin Appoints Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Dasuki Imam Fulani as Chief Imam of Ilorin

ILORIN – His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, has officially appointed Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Dasuki Imam Fulani as the Chief Imam Fulani of Ilorin Emirate.

The appointment follows a rigorous selection process in which Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Dasuki Imam Fulani emerged victorious among several distinguished scholars vying for this prestigious spiritual leadership position.

About the New Chief Imam

Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Dasuki, aged 42, is a grandson of the 8th Chief Imam of Ilorin, Sheikh Ibrahim Dasuki Imam Fulani Agaka, and the son of the 10th Chief Imam of Ilorin, Sheikh Maliki bn Dasuki Agaka.

Prior to his appointment, Sheikh Muhammad Bashir was the founder and proprietor of Darul Bisharah Arabic and Islamic Studies, Airport Egbejila, Ilorin. He also served as the Imam leading daily and weekly Jumu'ah prayers at Afsat Oloriegbe Memorial Mosque, Oko Olowo, Ilorin. Additionally, he is a presenter of the Al-Bisharah Islamic Foundation radio program on Radio Kwara during Ramadan and teaches at Darul Kitab College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Gaa Akanbi, Ilorin.

Emir's Remarks

In his remarks, the Emir offered prayers for the new Chief Imam's successful reign, wishing him long life, sound health, and divine wisdom to effectively pilot the affairs of the Muslim Ummah.
