1 ⊶ Tahajjud doesn't reduce your sleeping hours.
2 ⊶ Tahajjud doesn't affect your mental health.
3 ⊶ Tahajjud doesn't weaken your body.
4 ⊶ Tahajjud doesn't shorten your resting time.
5 ⊶ Tahajjud doesn't make you hypertensive.
All this are usually whispers from Shaitan to weaken your zeal to observe it, don't fall for his tricks.
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wassalam said:
فَإِنْ صَلَّى انْحَلَّتِ الْعُقَدُ كُلُّهَا فَيُصْبِحُ طَيِّبَ النَّفْسِ نَشِيطًا وَإِلاَّ أَصْبَحَ خَبِيثَ النَّفْسِ كَسْلاَنَ
If you pray at night, all the knots will be removed, and in the morning you will feel good and energetic, but if you don't pray at night, you'd wake up with a bad mood and feel lazy. Saheeh Bukhari 📖
Allah doesn't enjoin a thing that has a negative health implication on us. Allah doesn't enjoin something destrucrive upon us. He doesn't enjoin something except that it has many benefits we may not even know.
Benefits of Tahajjud (night prayer)
1 ⊶ Implementing the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah which he never use to miss.
2 ⊶ A way of getting your Dua's accepted.
3 ⊶ A way of getting your sins forgiven.
4 ⊶ By performing it, it will bring light to your face and soul.
5 ⊶ It helps you fight your desires.
6 ⊶ It makes you closer to Allah.
7 ⊶ It builds the love of the Hereafter in your heart.
8 ⊶ It softens the heart and humbles you in front of Allah.
9 ⊶ It strengthens the Quran that you have memorised.

Tahajjud (night prayer): Never underestimate the power of Tahajjud and what it entails, Tahajjud is such a powerful time. Pray to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala sincerely for what your heart desires and watch Him give you something a million times better. Every loss, every hardship and every ounce of pain you have felt, you will be given something to forget it all. That's how merciful Your Lord is, that's how kind and loving He is. Do not underestimate His power to give you the strength and guidance to carry your broken heart to Him at every Tahajjud prayer and ask Him to give you want you want. He is the most giving, the most caring and His love is endless.
Your Tahajjud duas will always come true, And if not, then Allah always gives you Something even better than what you prayed for Always.
May Allah make us steadfast. let our mats become our night companions.
May Allah grant us all Tawfiq to perform Tahajjud prayers at night. اللّهمّ آمــــــــــين يارب 🤲🏿🥀❤
